The Role of Syllabuses of Physical Education and Sport Sciences Program in Securing entrepreneurship Skills of Masterʹʹs Degree graduates from the employers Point of View

هدف اين پژوهش، مطالعه نقش سرفصل دروس كارشناسي ارشد تربيت بدني در تامين مهارت‌هاي كارآفريني دانش‌آموختگان، از ديدگاه كارفرمايان است. جامعه آماري پژوهش، مديران سازمان تربيت بدني و مديران ارشد تربيت بدني در ساير سازمان‌هاي دولتي (حداقل در سطح مديركل) بودند. درنهايت، 72 نفر از كارفرمايان در پژوهش مشاركت كردند. ابزار اين تحقيق، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود. پايايي پرسشنامه از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ (83/0=?) به‌دست آمد و روايي آن نيز توسط صاحب‌نظران تاييد شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل آماري از آزمون t تك‌ نمونه‌اي، آزمون t، كولموگروف-اسميرنوف و ضريب همبستگي استفاده شد. داده‌ها، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS تحليل شدند. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد بين سرفصل كارشناسي ارشد تربيت بدني با مهارت‌هاي كارآفريني، رابطه معني‌داري وجود ندارد (05/0P > ,048/0 r=). بر اساس نتايج، سرفصل دروس كارشناسي ارشد تربيت بدني، از نظر كارفرمايان، با مهارت‌هاي كارآفريني دانش‌آموختگان مطابقت ندارد. بين سرفصل دروس كارشناسي ارشد تربيت بدني با مهارت‌هاي شخصي كارآفريني، رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد (0.01P < ,199/0r=). بين سرفصل كارشناسي دروس ارشد تربيت بدني با مهارت‌هاي مديريتي كارآفريني، رابطه معني‌داري وجود ندارد (05/0, P > 099/0 r=). بين سرفصل دروس كارشناسي ارشد تربيت بدني با مهارت‌هاي فني كارآفريني، رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد (01/0P < ,273/0r= ). اگرچه طبق يافته‌هاي پژوهش، سرفصل‌ها با مهارت‌هاي شخصي و فني دانش‌آموختگان مطابقت داشت؛ تطابق كمتري با مهارت‌هاي مديريتي ديده شد. در عين حال بايد اذعان كرد بيشتر دانش‌آموختگان، نمي‌توانند به نحوي اثرگذار پاسخ‌گوي نياز محيط‌هاي ورزش باشند و رضايت كارفرما را تامين نمايند. به‌علاوه بايد پذيرفت كه امروزه وظيفه دانشگاه‌ها تنها آموزش و پژوهش نيست، بلكه تبديل يافته‌هاي پژوهشي به كالا و كارآفريني و بهره وري كيفي بيشتر است.

The purpose of this study is to study the role of syllabuses of physical education and sport science program in expanding job creation skills in employers point of view. The research population contained 72 people including managers of physical education organization as well as senior managers not inferior than director general of physical education at other public organizations. The questions of the survey include 3 or 5 answers to choose. Validity of the survey is calculated according to the validity coefficient which is a=0.83. The questions are made in accordance with university masters ideas. To analyze the result of the survey, the following parameters are considered: One-sample t test, non parameter tests which means 2 related samples, (K-S) using the analysis 11.5 SPSS software. The findings of the survey shows that there no significant relation (M.D=0.048, sig=0.541, P=0.05) between master of physical education program and entrepreneurship skills. Therefore from the employer’s view, the syllabuses of physical education Program at master degree are net coordinated with graduates entrepreneurship skills. There is a significant relation (M.D=0.199 sig=0.001 P=0.05) between syllabus at master level of physical education program and personal entrepreneurship skills. There is not any significant relation (P=0.05 sig=0.105 M.D=0.099) between master of physical education program and employers management skills. There is a significant relation (M.D=0.273 sig=0.001 P=0.05) between master of physical education program and technical skills of entrepreneurship. According to the findings of this study, although there is agreement between the syllabuses with graduates technical and personal skills, it is less conformed to management skills. It should be noted that most of the universities are not able to secure employers satisfaction significantly and fulfill the demands of sport environments. Nowadays universities advantage undoubtedly is not merely presenting methods to students but turning methods to applicable strategies.
