رابطه خودكارآمدي معلمان تربيت بدني و روش‌هاي مديريت كلاس‌هاي تربيت ‌بدني

The Relationship between Physical Education Teachers’ Self-efficacy and Physical Education Class Management Styles

پژوهش حاضر رابطه خودكارآمدي معلمان تربيت بدني و روش‌هاي مديريت كلاس آنان را بررسي مي كند. از مجموع 178 نفر معلم تربيت بدني مرد و زن در مقاطع راهنمايي و متوسطه شهرستان رشت (107 نفر زن و 71 نفر)، 148 نفر در اين پژوهش شركت كردند (82 درصد). براي انجام پژوهش از پرسشنامه خودكارآمدي 16 سوالي جفري جي مارتين (2003) در چهار بُعد دانش آموز، فضا، زمان و سازمان و پرسشنامه 20 سوالي روش‌هاي مديريت كلاس‌هاي تربيت‌بدني مك كورماك (1997) با گزينه‌هاي پنج ارزشي ليكرت استفاده شد. ثبات دروني اين پرسشنامه‌ها، با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب 86/0 و 80/0 محاسبه و تاييد شد. داده‌هاي تحقيق با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي كولموگروف - اسميرنوف، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و اسپيرمن، t مستقل و همچنين آزمون يومن ويتني در سطح معني‌داري 05/0 ? P تحليل شدند. نتايج نشان مي دهد بين خودكارآمدي معلمان و روش مديريت پيشگيرانه آن‌ها رابطه منفي و معني‌داري وجود دارد (23/0- =R)، ولي رابطه خودكارآمدي معلمان با مديريت حمايتي و مديريت اصلاحي معني دار نيست. همچنين بين بُعد رفتار دانش آموزان در خودكارآمدي و سه روش مديريت پيشگيرانه (21/0 =R) ، حمايتي (33/0 =R) و اصلاحي معلمان (16/0 =R) رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري مشاهده مي-شود، در حالي كه بين بُعد فضا با روش مديريت اصلاحي و مديريت پيشگيرانه معلمان رابطه معني داري وجود ندارد. همچنين، نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد بين بُعد فضا و روش مديريت حمايتي معلمان (16/0- =R)، بُعد زمان و همه روش‌هاي مديريت معلمان (38/0- =R تا 22/0- =R ) و بُعد سازمان و روش مديريت پيشگيرانه (60/0- =R) رابطه منفي و معني دار وجود دارد. در نهايت، يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد بين ابعاد خودكارآمدي معلمان تربيت بدني (رفتار دانش آموزان، زمان، فضا و سازمان) و همچنين روش‌هاي مديريت آن‌ها در كلاس‌هاي تربيت بدني (روش مديريت اصلاحي، پيشگيرانه و حمايتي) در دو مقطع راهنمايي و متوسطه تفاوت معني داري وجود ندارد.

The goal of this research was the consideration of the self-efficacy relationship in physical education teachers and their managing styles in classes. From P.E teachers, both men and women in guidance schools and high schools of Rasht (178 people -107 of women and 71 of men), 148 of them participated in this research (82 percent). From the 16 Questions of Jeffrey J.Martin Questionnaire (2003) in 4 dimensions, student, space, time and organization; also the (Mc Cormack 1997) Questionnaire about styles in managing the physical education classes by this format, 20 questions and 3 sections have been used. The Reliability of questionnaires has been calculated by Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient test in order 0.86, 0.80 for analyzing the information has been used Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Pierson and Spearman correlation efficiency, independent t test and also Mann-Whitney U test in significant level P?0.05. The results showed that there is a negative significant relationship between Self-efficacy and the preventative management styles (- =R0.23); but there is not a significant relationship between self-efficacy of teachers with Supportive management style and Corrective management style. Also, it was observed a significant positive relationship between the dimensions of the behavior of the students in self-efficacy and the Preventive (R= 0.21), Supportive (R= 0.33) and Corrective (R= 0.16) management styles of the teachers. However, there is a significant negative relationship between time dimension in self-efficacy and all styles of teachers’ management (R= -0.38 to R= -0.22). Finally there was a significant negative relationship between the organization dimension and preventive management style (R= -0.60), and it was not observed any significant relationship with other management styles of teachers. Although, these significant relationships were variable between 0.16 to- 0.38, but we can express that with increasing the self-efficacy of teachers, they go ahead toward preventive management less than former.
