رابطه رضايت شغلي اعضاي هييت علمي با رضايت دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي در دانشكده‌هاي تربيت بدني و علوم ورزشي دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي تهران

The Relationship between Job Satisfaction of Faculty Members & Satisfaction of Graduate Students in Physical Education (PE) & Sport Science Departments of Universities Tehran

هدف تحقيق حاضر تعيين رابطه بين رضايت شغلي اعضاي هييت علمي با رضايت دانشجويان تربيت بدني است. روش تحقيق از نوع همبستگي و جامعه آماري شامل دو گروه است: 1) كليه اعضاي هييت علمي تربيت بدني دانشكده‌ها و گروه‌هاي تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي تهران كه در سال 1388 در دوره تحصيلات تكميلي مشغول به تدريس بودند (53N=)؛ 2) كليه دانشجويان تربيت بدني دانشكده‌ها و گروه‌هاي تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي تهران كه در سال 1388 در دوره تحصيلات تكميلي مشغول به تحصيل بودند (428N=). در گروه اول، تمام اعضاي هييت علمي نمونه را تشكيل دادند و در گروه دوم 230 دانشجو به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. براي جمع‌آوري داده‌هاي مربوط به رضايت شغلي اعضاي هييت علمي و رضايت دانشجويان، به ترتيب از پرسشنامه استاندارد شاخص توصيفي شغل ) (JDI)1991) و پرسشنامه كرانكي (2006) استفاده شد. پايايي پرسشنامه‌ها، پس از تاييد روايي آن‌ها توسط متخصصان، در تحقيقي راهنما با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ، به ترتيب 85/0 و 81/0 به دست آمد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي (آزمون كولموگروف - اسميرنوف، لوين، همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چندگانه با روش ورود هم زمان) استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري بين رضايت شغلي اعضاي هييت علمي و رضايت دانشجويان نشان داد. همچنين، نتايج نشان داد رضايت اعضاي هييت علمي از ارتقاي سرپرستي و حقوق خود با هر دو جنبه رضايت دانشجويان از تدريس و اثربخشي آنان رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري دارد. به علاوه، بين رضايت اعضاي هييت علمي از همكاران خود تنها با رضايت دانشجويان از تدريس آنان رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري ديده شد. نتايج رگرسيون چندگانه نيز نشان داد كه تنها مولفه سرپرستي پيش‌بين معني‌داري براي رضايت دانشجويان است.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between job satisfaction of faculty members and satisfaction of physical education students. Research method was correlational. The population of this study were consisted of two groups: 1) the entire of faculty members of PE that have been teaching in graduate level in PE departments and groups in public universities of Tehran in 1388(N=53), and 2) the entire of graduate students of PE that have been studying in PE departments and groups in public universities of Tehran in 1388(N=428). In the first group, the size of sample was equal with population. In the second group, 230 students were selected by utilizing stratified random sampling as the sample. The data for faculty satisfaction is gathered by the Job Descriptive Index (JDI)(1991) and for student satisfaction by the questionnaire made by Karonke in 2006. The validity of questionnaires approved by physical experts then the reliability determined by Cronbach’s alpha test in pilot study which were 0/85 and 0/81, respectively. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (K-S, Levin, Pierson correlation coefficient and multiple regression) were used to analyze the data. Results indicated that there was a positive significant relationship between faculty satisfaction with their job and overall student satisfaction. Also, results indicated that there was a positive significant relationship between faculty satisfaction with pay, supervision, and promotion and student satisfaction with faculty teaching and effectiveness (p < 0/05). Furthermore, results determined that there was a positive significant relationship between faculty satisfaction with coworkers and student satisfaction with faculty teaching (p < 0/05). Results of multiple regression suggested that faculty satisfaction with supervisor was only significant predictor for student satisfaction with faculty.
