بررسي وضعيت دسترسي، هم‌جواري و ساخت اماكن و فضاهاي ورزشي شهرستان اروميه با توجّه به استانداردها

Investigation of Access Situation, Neighborhood and Building Urmiaʹʹs Sport Centers with Attention to Standards

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي معيارها و عوامل موثر در دسترسي، هم‌جواري اماكن و فضاهاي ورزشي در مناطق مسكوني و خدمات شهري و نيز استانداردهاي ساخت و ساز در اماكن و مجموعه‌هاي ورزشي است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع كاربردي و از نظر نوع جمع‌آوري داده‌هاي تحقيق، توصيفي-تحليلي است كه به روش ميداني اجرا شده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق كليه اماكن و مجموعه‌هاي ورزشي اداره تربيت بدني شهرستان اروميه است. نمونه آماري برابر با جامعه و به تعداد 29 مكان ورزشي است و ابزار جمع‌آوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. تجزيه و تحليل يافته‌ها، با استفاده از آزمون باينومينال نشان داد اماكن و مجموعه‌هاي ورزشي از نظر معيار هم‌جواري و مكان‌يابي وضيعت متوسطي دارند (13/0=P). نتايج در مورد وضعيت دسترسي اماكن مشخّص مي‌كند كه اماكن ورزشي وضعيت ضعيفي دارند (002/0=P) نتايج آزمون كاي دو نشان داد اماكن ورزشي از نظر زيبايي شناختي نيز در ضعيف و غيراستاندارد (001/0P=) و از نظر وضعيت بهداشت و نگهداري در حد متوسطي قرار دارند (001/0P=). نتايج آزمون باينومينال نشان مي دهد اماكن ورزشي از نظر ايمني و نظارت استانداردهاي لازم را ندارند (001/0P=) بر اساس يافته‌هاي آزمون كاي دو معيار طراحي پاركينگ وضعيت مناسبي ندارد (003/00P = ) و استانداردهاي ويژه جانبازان و معلولين رعايت نشده است (016/0P =). بنا بر نتايج آزمون باينومينال معيار اطلاع رساني و سرويس‌دهي استانداردهاي لازم را ندارد (026/0P =) و معيار هم‌جواري، مكان‌يابي و بهداشت در وضعيت متوسطي قرار دارد. ساير معيارها همچون دسترسي، فضاي سبز، پاركينگ، طراحي جانبازان، ايمني و اطلاع رساني وضعيت ضعيفي دارند.

The goal of this research are investigation criteria and factors that are effective in access and sport centers neighborhood To residential areas and city services and building standards in sport centers. Recent research is applicable and it is analytical - descriptive from gathering research data point of view that is performed with square method. Statistical societies of this research were all of the Urmiaʹs physical education sport centers. Statistical samples were equal to statistical society and were 29 sport centers. Data gathering tools were questionnaire made by researcher. Binominal test results showed, sport center have average condition from neighborhood and site selection point of view.(p=0.13) results of centers sport access situation showed that sport centers had poor situation (p=0.002). X2 test results showed that sport centers are poor and non-standard from aesthetical point of view (p=0.001) and sport centers are in average situation from hygiene point of view (p=0.001)binominal test results accounts sport centers haven’t enough standards from supervision and immunity point of view(p=0.001). X2 test finding showed parking designing criteria hasn’t good condition (p=0.003). X2 test results showed disregard of standards for disabled and sacrifices (p=0.016).binominal test results showed informing criteria haven’t enough standards (p=0.026).neighborhood criteria, site selection and hygiene had average situation and other criteria like access, green space, parking, designing for disabled and sacrifices, immunity and informing had a poor situation.
