NATIONAL NETWORK OF MEDICAL RESEARCH LABORATORIES OF IRAN

The creation of a national network of medical research laboratories is a relatively recent and innovate concept. Activities regarding its establishment were initiated in 1997 with a view to delineating a framework for the membership of qualified laboratories, and compiling a comprehensive databank on the countryʹs laboratories, in order to facilitate access of researchers to the institutions, whenever needed. A large number of the nationʹs laboratories qualify for membership in the national network of medical research laboratories. The establishment of such a network enables researcher to use qualify research facilities available for their investigations. Related government officials can also speed up and enhance the facilities afforded in this network by supporting the network and project.
