بررسي روابط بين برخي صفات مورفولوژيكي و فنولوژيكي با صفت عملكرد دانه در برخي اينبردلاين‌هاي ذرت

The study of relationships between some phenological and morphological traits with grain yield in some maize inbred lines

يكي از هدف هاي مهم اصلاح ذرت، ازدياد و بالا بردن عملكرد دانه مي‌باشد. اولين قدم در توليد ارقام هيبريد ذرت، توليد اينبردلاين‌هايي است كه ميزان قابل‌توجهي بذر توليد نمايند. از طرف ديگر، ميزان بذر خودگشن شده لاين‌هاي اينبرد، به خصوصيات فيزيولوژيكي و مورفولوژيكي آنها بستگي دارد. در همين راستا به‌منظور بررسي ارتباط بين برخي خصوصيات فنولوژيكي و مورفولوژيكي اينبردلاين‌هاي ذرت با عملكرد دانه، مطالعه حاضر در تابستان 1386، در قالب طرح بلوك هاي كامل تصادفي، با سه تكرار انجام شد. نتايج اين تحقيق، همبستگي مثبت و معني‌داري را بين اجزا عملكرد دانه نشان داد. همچنين همبستگي مثبت و معني‌داري بين صفت طول دوره از زمان كاشت تا رسيدگي با صفت تعداد كل دانه در بلال مشاهده شد. نتايج رگرسيون مرحله اي، سه صفت تعداد كل دانه در بلال، وزن صددانه و طول دوره از زمان گرده‌افشاني تا رسيدگي فيزيولوژيك را به‌عنوان مهمترين صفات توجيه‌كننده 6/71 درصد از كل تغييرات، معرفي نمود. صفت تعداد كل دانه در بلال با دارا بودن سهم 5/37 درصد از اين مقدار، به‌عنوان مهمترين صفت شناخته شد. در اين مطالعه نتايج تجزيه عليت بيان كننده اين مطلب بود كه صفت تعداد دانه در رديف، تعداد رديف دانه در بلال و وزن صددانه، داراي بيشترين اثرات مثبت و مستقيم بر روي عملكرد كل دانه در بلال بوده‌اند.

One of the important purposes of corn breeding is to increase the grain yield. The first step in producing hybrid corn is to produce inbred lines with higher seed yield; On the other hand, the seed yield of an inbred line depends on its physiological and morphological characteristics. So, in order to evaluate the relationship between phonological and morphological characteristics of maize inbred lines with the grain yield, this study was carried out in randomized complete block design with three replications in summer of 2008. The results revealed positive and significant correlation between the yield components. A positive and significant correlation was also observed between length period of sowing date until physiologic maturity with total number of kernel per ear. The result of stepwise regression, introduced three traits, total number of kernel per ear, 100-grain weight and length period of pollination until physiologic maturity as the most important justifying 71.6 percent of the total variation. The total number of kernel per ear having the share 37.5 percent of this amount was known as the most important trait. In this study the results of path analysis revealed that the traits number of kernel per row, number of kernel row per ear, and 100-grain weight had most positive and direct effects on total grain yield perear.
