چكيده با توجه به پيچيدگي فعاليت‌هاي آموزشي و پژوهشي در دانشگاه‌ها، حجم زياد اطلاعات، گسترش روز افزون آن‌ها ، فراهم نمودن تسهيلات لازم براي انجام فعاليت‌هاي آموزشي و پژوهشي اعضاي هيات علمي امري پرهيز ناپذير است. فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات به عنوان بخشي از فناوري آموزشي در نظام آموزشي به شمار مي‌آيد. هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي نقش فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در عمل كرد تدريس و بهره وري پژوهشي اعضاي هيات علمي كشاورزي مي باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق را 250 نفر از اعضاي هيات علمي كشاورزي دانشگاه تهران تشكيل دادند. به منظور محاسبه پايايي پرسش نامه از ضريب آلفاي كرنباخ استفاده شد ( 8/0=?). نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه بين نگرش، دانش و مهارت اعضاي هيات علمي و ميزان استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات رابطه معنا دار و مثبت در سطح 01/0 P= وجود دارد. نتايج آمده از تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه نشان داد متغيرهاي تكميل برگه‌هاي ثبت نام برخط و آشنايي با پايگاه‌هاي اينترنتي بيشترين نقش را بر ميزان استفاده اعضاي هيات علمي از فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات دارد. برپايه نتايج به دست آمده استفاده از پايگاه‌ها و نرم افزارها 27 درصدي از عمل كرد تدريس و بهره وري پژوهشي اعضاي هيات علمي كشاورزي را تبيين مي نمايند. Abstract Regarding the complexity of academic careers, the high volume of information and its increasing expansion, providing faculty members with necessary facilities is inevitable. Nowadays, information and communication technology (ICT) is considered to be a part of educational technology in academic system. The main objective of this study is to investigate the role of ICT in teaching performance and research productivity of faculty members in agriculture field of study in university of Tehran. The statistical population of the study consisted of all 250 faculty members. Reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by computing Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0.08). Research results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the level of knowledge, skill and attitude of the faculty members regarding ICT and its usage. The regression analysis also revealed that filling out online submission forms and internet websites familiarity had highest effect on the usage of ICT among the faculty members. According to regression procedure, about 27% of variation concerning teaching performance and research productivity can be explained by the usage of relevant websites and software.
