كاربست فن آوري اطلاعات و رابطه آن با موفقيت كارآفرينان استان گلستان

Application of Information Technology and its Relationship to Intrepreneurs Success in Golestan province

هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي كاربست فن آوري اطلاعات و رابطه آن با مولفه هاي موفقيت كارآفرينان استان گلستان است. اين تحقيق به صورت توصيفي، پيمايشي و همبستگي انجام گرفت. پس از مطالعه ادبيات تحقيق، مولفه ها و عوامل موثر بر فن آوري اطلاعات و موفقيت كارآفرينان در بين كارآفرينان استان گلستان استخراج گرديد و سپس با استفاده از يك پرسش نامه محقق ساخته در مورد فن آوري اطلاعات و پرسش نامه استاندارد استيفن رابينز و ماري كوالتر در مورد كارآفريني مولفه هاي مستخرج از مباني نظري تهيه شد، جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل 80 نفر از كارآفرينان استان گلستان بود. نمونه آماري شامل 66 نفر ازكارآفرينان استان گلستان بودكه با استفاده از جدول كرجسي -مورگان حجم نمونه تعيين گرديد. بررسي ها در سطح 95 درصد اطمينان نشان داد: بين كاربست فن آوري اطلاعات با دانش روز كارآفرينان استان گلستان رابطه معني داري وجود دارد. بين كاربست فن آوري اطلاعات با ابتكار و نو آوري كارآفرينان استان گلستان رابطه معني داري وجود دارد. بين كاربست فن آوري اطلاعات با توانايي به كارگيري ريسك هاي حساب شده كارآفرينان استان گلستان رابطه معني داري وجود دارد. بين كاربست فن آوري اطلاعات با سود مداري كارآفرينان استان گلستان رابطه معني داري وجود دارد. بين كاربست فن آوري اطلاعات با اعتماد به نفس كارآفرينان استان گلستان رابطه معني داري وجود دارد.

The main purpose of the research is to study the application of Information Technology and its Relationship with entrepreneurs success in Golestan province. This research is followed by survey correlation method. After giving a due background on the subject, the components and elements affecting the Information Technology the entrepreneurs Successful are examined. And then using a researcher made questionnaire about information technology, Stephen Robbins and mary coualtar standard questionnaire about entrepreneurship component was developed from theoretical principles, The statistical population of the current study 80 entrepreneurs Golestan province and from whom 66 ones were chosen regarding kristy-morgan table. Investigations showed that the 95% level: There is significant relationship between Application of information technology and New knowledge entrepreneurs Golestan province. There is significant relationship between Application of information technology and Creativity and innovation entrepreneurs Golestan province. There is significant relationship between Application of information technology and The ability to use the calculated risk entrepreneurs Golestan province . There is significant relationship between Application of information technology and Profitability entrepreneurs Golestan province. There is significant relationship between Application of information technology and Self-confidence entrepreneurs Golestan province.
