كاربرد روش موازنه فشار تزريق و فشار سطح آب مخزن در كنترل نشتي سد زاوين (استان خراسان رضوي)

Use of grouting and reservoir water level pressure balance in water stopping the leakage of Zavin dam site

محدود نمودن نشت آب از پايين دست سدها از الزامات طراحي و اجراي مناسب آن‌ها مي باشد. اين مسيله از طريق شناسايي صحيح ساختارهاي زمين‌شناسي و طراحي و اجراي درست پرده تزريق با توجه به اين ساختارها قابل دست‌يابي است. اين موضوع در خصوص سد زاوين مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. با آغاز بهره‌برداري از سد زاوين و بالا آمدن تراز آب درياچه پشت سد، نشت آب در پايين دست سد و بخصوص در تكيه‌گاه چپ مشاهده شد. در اين پژوهش، به منظور مشخص شدن علت نشت آب، برداشت صحرايي و بررسي ساختار زمين‌شناسي ساختگاه سد، مطالعات جامعي انجام شد. با توجه به تحليل‌هاي انجام شده، پرده تزريق جديد و تزريق تحكيمي طراحي و براي رفع مشكل نشتي‌هاي باقيمانده نيز «روش تزريق موازنه فشار تزريق با فشار آب مخزن» اجرا شد. در حين انجام عمليات تزريق نيز آزمون‌هاي مورد نياز جهت ايجاد دوغاب تزريق پايدار كه داراي كمترين ميزان جدايش باشد و بتواند ناپيوستگي‌هاي توده‌سنگ را به خوبي پر كند، صورت گرفت. اين عمليات در نهايت باعث حذف نشتي آب در پايين دست سد گرديد. نتايج اين تحقيق مي تواند در آب‌بندي سدها با اين خصوصيات مفيد باشد.

Controlling of any leakage in dams is a basic requirement for their safe design. For this purpose, doing of investigation on geological structures of the dam site is necessary for design of any impermeable systems.After the watering of the Zavin dam, in north east of Iran, leakage was observed from the left abutment when the water level was increased. An extensive study was performed to find out the reason of the leakage as well as proposing a mitigation measure. This study included an extensive field geological survey in dam site. Moreover based on the geological and the geotechnical information and a seepage analysis the design of the initial impermeable grout curtain was modified. A new method of grouting with balanced grouting pressure and water head was designed and utilized in improvement of the existing grout curtain while the water level in reservoir was considerably high. This execution method is called as "grouting with balanced pressure" here. The method was successfully used in the case of the Zavin dam. During the grouting operation, the grout suspension was regularly tested to avoid any segregation. This was important for satisfactory filling of the joints and discontinuities of the rock mass of the abutment. The operation resulted in complete control of the seepage in downstream side.
