Transfer of Government Activities and Development of Entrepreneurial Organizational Context

Entrepreneurship, as the "engine of economic development", has to functions. Because economic development can increase the country productivity, it has important role in creating employment and social welfare Water and Wastewater Company of Golestan province in line with the privatization policy are attempting to transfer their activities to the private sector. The questions considered regarding the attempt to transfer activities as a method of privatization are: what outcome will include for mentioned organizations and is there any significant relationship between entrepreneurship context and privatization? The method of recent study is correlation - survey and Statistical analysis is done from all 440 staff of water and Sewage Company in Golestan province as the population. The sample size was 205 individuals, using simple random sampling method chosen. Field data collection methods and tools library and the two questionnaires and documents have been used. Reliability of questionnaires was, 95% & 93% respectively and content validity was tested by using structural methods (internal consistency). Data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics methods (Spearman correlation, chi-square, Friedman, Wilcoxon) was performed. Finally, all hypotheses were confirmed.
