Catalytic Preparation of Glyserine monooleate Emulsifier for Use in Emulsion Explosives

Emulsifiers are used in formulation of emulsion compounds ferqently due to special chemical and physical properties. However, their consumption is being to increcesed continuously. The preparation of glycerine monooleate is completed by different methods. In this study the Preparation of glycerine monooleate is surveyed as nonionic emulsifier by special chemical and physical properties such as; resistant to electrochemical redox high temperature stability, compatibility with environment, nontoxic and etc. Its preparation from glycerine and oleic acid in presence with anionic exchange resine is studied. Also, some agents such as effect of temperature, precent of row material, anionic resine and reaction time in mentioned synthesis are investigated and resulte to optimum condition in mullary ratio 1.45 from glycerine to oleic acid at 180 0C temperature, 22hurs and wight ratio %5 from catalyzer to row material
