In terms of public law, inspection is the control which has being put on the offices & itʹs bureaucrates by the government. This inspection is necessary for the rational & judicial. A common sense which is devoid sensuality. Confirming to inspect the offices and itʹs staff. There are some reasons in the Islamic religion, incluoling legality & prevention of cupidity many peoples who looking for increasing profits, is emphasized in koranʹs verses and narratives.
Asamention aboute, Surveillance is as one of the Islamic bases & has old history. Although the methods of doing during Centuries and ages cause to change it.
One of the important problems in this inspection, is the personality, patterns & qualification of inspectors to inspect. They have som characteristics such as, capability, Competency, adequacy & thinking in the mainstream inspection. In the study, we have reviewed the different approaches, have acquired the most important traits of inspectors including, veracity, loyalty, Confidence, trusty and specialty.
