Evaluation of Typology of Recognition and Measurement of Organizational Culture

Rich and wide scope of the concept of organizational culture have led many scholars to provide different typology and measurement of the concept based on their own experience and knowledge. The question that which one of them could assist the scholars, have motivated the authors of the current paper to introduce clear criteria to evaluate each one of the typologies and then to evaluate four selected typologies. The paper also recommends especial typology to recognition and measurement of organizational culture by the scholars and finally given the special requirements of defense organizations, it provides the most appropriate typology to recognize and measurement of organizational culture
