Relationship between the Mongolsʹ Organizations and Their Ethnic Identity

The most important component in this study is centered the type of ideological infrastructure which Genghis established in his administrative and organizational structures and the roots of the cultural backgrounds of his system whether they were indigenous or based an others. The important and indispensable factor is Genghis himself as a spirit of leadership and an efficient power who formed and led that union, and directed it in a right direction and developed methods which prevailed strongly for more than 50 years after his death.
