Exact and systematic planning to make, hold, and increase employeesʹ motivation is from important methods for increasing organizational productivity. This program needs a full-scale ecamination and to perioritize effective factors to improve motivation and human force productivity. Therefore, in this article, the factors affecting employeesʹ motivation are identified and classified by fuzzy network analysis model. The research results show that there is a positive and significant relationship among reward system, motivation authority, time chance, and organizational structure) and entrepreneurship in Pars Oil and Gas Co. are aims of this research, in a way that the organization by establishing the mentioned factors, promote its competitive preferences. Methodology of this research is descriptive-correlation. Statistical population of this study is the experts of this company. Data were collected by a questionnaire with Chronbachʹs alpha of 0.95. Findings of the study indicate a significant positive relationship between organizational characteristics (except for management support) and entrepreneurship in Pars Oil and Gas Co. In other word, the rate of organizational entrepreneurship will decrease by decrement of establishing organizational factors. At the end, According to findings, some suggestions have been presented for establishing and strengthening entrepreneurship system in organizations.
