Fundamental Elements of Self-denial and Martyrdom Discourse in Islamic Revolution

What are the fundamental elements of self-denial and martyrdom discourse in the Islamic revolution process ? To answer this question and to identify and descriptively analyze the fundamental elements of self-denial and martyrdom discourse, discourse analysis method has been applied. Theoretical framework of this article and the bases to study are "Vishnu" and "Dyke" discourse theories. Therefore, fundamental elements of self-denial and martyrdom discourse from Vishnu and Dykeʹs viewpoint -namely producers, subject, audience, production resources and suggested actions - have been studied and identified in formation and victory process of Islamic revolution.
