چكيده لاتين :
T his paper includes a scientific research which has been concluded with the aim of strengthening discipline essentials in Naja via recognizing effective agents of common disciplinary violations between Naja employees and giving suitable policies and solutions. For this purpose 382 numbers of employees with committed disciplinary violation past record in 5 provinces are collected on the basis of geographical distribution as a sampling population of this research. In this research the relationship between following 5 disciplinary violation of Naja employees are analyzed as an independent variable of different individual, organizational and social agents: 1) Not on time presence in work place 2) Absenteeism 3) No feeling responsibility and indifference in workplace 4) No observing regulation 5) Frailty and negligence in performing duties, more than 70 percent of disciplinary violation between Naja employees are included this item The results indicate that there is a significant difference between committing common disciplinary violation between Naja employees and organizational management variables, job security, job satisfaction, relative deprives organizational commitment, religious beliefs, economical and social status. According to results of this research following preventative policies and solutions are introduced as a comprehensive system of discipline essentials strengthening in Naja: 1) preventative solutions related to all employees 2) preventative solutions related to employees with specific problems and conditions. 3) preventative solutions related to employees with disciplinary violation committed past record
