A study about detected bacteria of Cows suffered from clinical and subclinical mastitis in commercial and traditional farms of Garmsar and the suburbs

Mastitis is one of the most common infectious diseases in dairy cows, therefore detecting the causes is so important. The aim of this study was to check the detected bacteria of milk taken from the cows that suffered clinical and subclinical mastitis in the farms of Garmsar and suburbs. To do this, samples were collected from 373 suffering cows. Mastitis infections were approved by CMT test and samples were checked by germ. Totally, 249(77.15 %) gram positive and 98 (22.84 %) gram negative were detected (total: 331 cases). Gram positive bacteria include 123 staphylococcus aureus(31.\6 %) , 14 Bacillus cereous (4.22 %), 24 streptococcus uberis (7.25 %), 29 streptococcus felcalis (8.76 %), 95 streptococcus agalactiae (28.70 %) , 36 Streptococcus dysgalactiae (10.87 %)and 10 Streptococcus bovis (3.02 %) while the gram negatives were 87 Escherichia coli (88.77 %) and 11 klebsiella pneumoniae.
