The Necessity of New Approach to Codify laws in Islamic Architecture

According to many scholars .the culture of every society roots in the dominant ideology of its people .and one of the most comprehensive materials and concrete presentations of this point is the urbanity and the dominant architectural culture on the established buildings within the body of the societyʹs residence. In this regard.it can be added that the Persian Islamic architecture culture (like most of the various significant architectural cultures around the world) has been brought forth .grown .and attained perfection within the dominant Islamic culture of the Persian society. Thus.if the revival of this culture.and the architecture derived from it are taken into consideration in todayʹs Muslim society .the successful tactic that this study proposes is not pure imitation from the outer appearance of the significant old buildings of this type of architecture. However .the specialist opinion of this paper is that the theoretic roots of this type of architecture should be recognized in the dynamic and the perfectionist Islamic notion
