تعيين كاربري اثر طبيعي ملي خشكه داران با استفاده از روش فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي

Determining the Application of National Nature Area of Khoshkedaran Using Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) Method

فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي يكي از گسترده ترين ابزارهاي تصميم گيري چند معياره مي باشد. براي انجام اين پژوهش منطقه خشكه داران واقع در شهرستان تنكابن كه از سال 1355 توسط سازمان حفاظت محيط زيست به عنوان اثر طبيعي ملي معرفي شده است انتخاب گرديد. اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين بهترين كاربري براي منطقه خشكه داران با معيارهايي از قبيل ژيومرفولوژي، محيط زيست و اقليم و زير معيارهاي مربوط به هر كدام مورد ملاحظه قرار گرفت. همچنين جهت انجام اين تحقيق از روش (تحليل سلسه مراتبي) و نرم افزار Expert Choice استفاده شد. بعد از تعيين سطوح سلسله مراتبي شامل هدف، معيارها، زير معيارها و گزينه ها ( كاربري هاي مورد بررسي)، مقايسه زوجي بين مجموعه ها براي وزن دهي انجام گرديد. در عين وزن دهي به مجموعه ها، تجزيه و تحليل ناسازگاري و سازگاري قضاوت ها صورت پذيرفت. كه بايد كمتر از 1/0 باشد. پس از وزن دهي تمامي معيارها، زير معيارها و گزينه ها، مقايسه كلي گزينه ها نسبت به هدف انجام و نتيجه مقايسه بصورت نموداري بيان گرديد. نتايج نشان داد از بين سه كاربري پيشنهاد شده حفاظت از منطقه با حداكثر امتياز به عنوان بهترين كاربري براي منطقه در نظر گرفته شد. و اكوتوريسم گسترده و برداشت منطقي از منطقه به عنوان اولويت بعدي مد نظر قرار گرفتند.

Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one of the most extensively used and multi-criteria tools for decision making. Monitoring the management of Khoshkehdaran national and natur area using the AHP method would suppose to be practical by the Expert Choice software in this study. First, the level of hierarchies including goals, criteria, sub-criteria and alternatives were determined. Then, a double-compareison among the complexes was done for scoring. While scoring the complexes, an analysis of the Inconsistency Index was made for decision making to be less than o.1.At the end, all of the mentioned criteria and sub-criteria were mutually compared and were displayed diagrammatically. Khoshkehdaran national and nature area in Tonekabon city was selected in this study as the area under investigation. It has been a protected area since 1355. The goal of the current study was the determination of the most appropriate application for the area by employing the Expert choice software. The criteria consisted of "Geomorphology", "Environment "and "Climate" as well as the corresponding sub-criteria specific for each single criterion. Finally, from among the three alternatives suggested "area protection" was shown to be the best choice with the highest allocated score.
