راهكارهاي باززنده سازي و ساماندهي پارك هاي شهري با هدف بهبود كيفيت اكولوژيكي و اجتماعي (مطالعه موردي: پارك شهر واقع در محله سنگلج)

Principles and Techniques for Restoration and Reclamation of Urban Parks with Emphasis on Improvement of Ecological and Social Quality Case study: The First Tehran’s Public Park

رشد و توسعه شهر، افزايش انواع آلودگي‌هاي زيست‌محيطي و بصري و كمبود فضاهاي باز شهري، لزوم توجه به پارك‌ها و فضاهاي سبز را بيش از گذشته مطرح نموده‌است. اين فضاها با تاثير‌گذاري بر كيفيت محيط‌زيست شهري، و ايجاد فضايي براي افزايش تعاملات اجتماعي، نقش با اهميتي در توسعه پايدار شهري ايفا مي‌نمايند. نتيجه اين اهميت ما را ملزم به توجه به خصوصيات كيفي و اتخاذ شيوه‌هايي به منظور طراحي اين‌گونه فضاها مي كند. رفع نارسايي‌هاي موجود در پارك‌ها اغلب به عنوان باززنده‌سازي مطرح مي‌گردد. در اين تحقيق، پارك‌شهر به عنوان اولين پارك عمومي شهر تهران، با مساحت 247478 مترمربع، به دليل ارزش‌هاي اكولوژيك، اجتماعي، فرهنگي و زيبايي‌شناسي مورد بررسي قرار‌گرفته و از روش توصيفي- تحليلي در دو حوزه جمع‌آوري و تحليل اطلاعات استفاده گرديده‌است. بنابراين شناخت كليه لايه‌هاي فيزيكي، بيولوژيكي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي، ويژگي‌هاي عملكردي موجود پارك در شرايط كنوني و تجزيه‌و‌تحليل آن در جدول SWOT، بررسي نارسايي‌هاي موجود پارك، شناخت و تحليل ديد و منظر با استفاده از روش تحليل تصويري، شناخت و تحليل الگوهاي رفتاري بازديدكنندگان با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه انجام گرفت. خلاصه دستاوردهاي تحقيق، تاكيد بر اهميت اكولوژيكي پارك با‌توجه به تركيب پوشش‌گياهي و آسيب‌شناسي آن و راهكارهاي بهينه‌سازي وضعيت آنها، تاكيد بر پايداري منظر پارك با حضور فعاليت‌هاي اجتماعي در جهت تامين نيازهاي بازديد‌كنندگان و تاكيد بر توجه به جنبه‌هاي زيبا‌شناسانه محيط مي‌باشد.

Unfavorable conditions of cities, the shortage and the deficiencies of open and green spaces in large cities of the country require paying attention to parks and green spaces of the city. Ecological and social activities which are the foundations of the cityʹs stability have elevated the quality and the livability of the cities, while being effective in its beautification in order to make the cityʹs living environment more desirable. The elimination of the current deficiencies in these parks is often known as their restoration. In this research, the ParkShahr as the first public park of the city of Tehran has been studied because of its environmental values, its functionality, culture and beauty and the study was done on the basis of descriptive-analytic method. Thus, all the current physical, biological, social, cultural and functional specifications of the ParkShahr in the current conditions have been analyzed. Then the analysis of the outlook and the view as a pictorial-analytical method (Simon Bell) and the analysis of behavioral patterns of visitors by utilization of questionnaires have been done. Finally, the results showed that the principles related to the techniques of restoration and reclamation of ParkShahr will put emphasis on improvement of ecological and social quality.
