بررسي نيازهاي محيطي بيماران و معلولين 6 تا 12 سال بر پايه تجارب آن‌ها در جهت كيفيت بخشيدن به فضاهاي درماني كودكان در شهر اصفهان: يك مطالعه پديدارشناسي

چكيده مقدمه: از آن جا كه بررسي تجارب و نيازهاي محيطي كودكان بيمار و معلول در محيط‌هاي درماني، مي‌تواند در ارتقاي كيفيت اين فضاها و در نهايت ايجاد آرامش بيشتر در هنگام درمان موثر باشد، نتايج اين تحقيق مي‌تواند در جهت ايجاد محيط درماني مطلوب براي كودكان، كمك نمايد. مواد و روش‌ها: اين پژوهش به روش كيفي از نوع پديدارشناسي و بر اساس نمونه‌گيري هدفمند ملاك محور بوده است. بنابراين، از بين كودكان بيمار و همچنين معلول مبتلا به Head injury، Spina bifida، Spinal cord injury و انواع دفورميتي اندام تحتاني، 35 با گروه سني 6 تا 12 سال مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. از كودكان درخواست شد بر اساس تجاربشان، فضاي درماني مطلوب و نيازهاي خود را توسط نقاشي به تصوير بكشند. علاوه بر اين، پژوهش‌گر با استفاده از مكالمه نيمه‌ساختار يافته باز عميق، به كودك در تكميل نقاشي خود و بيان نيازها، كمك مي‌نمود. براي تجزيه و تحليل تصاوير و متن‌هاي به دست آمده، از روش تحليل روايت و از كدگذاري موضوعي توسط نرم‌افزار Atlas Ti6 استفاده گرديد. يافته‌ها: از تصاويري كه توسط كودكان كشيده شد، 5 موضوع اصلي استخراج گرديد كه شامل تفريحات و عوامل سرگرم كننده، مبلمان، زيبايي و تنوع محيطي، ارتباطات احساسي- اجتماعي و حس امنيت بود. نتيجه‎گيري: يافته‌ها نشان داد كه استفاده از تجارب كودكان در كيفيت بخشيدن به محيط‌هاي درماني، از اهميت زيادي برخوردار است و مي‌توان با استفاده از نيازهاي مطرح شده توسط آن‌ها كه شامل طبيعت، تزيينات، رنگ‌هاي شاد و مطلوب و نور طبيعي و مناسب بود، محيطي مطلوب را در فضاهاي درماني ايجاد نمود كه كودك در حين درمان احساس آرامش داشته، در نهايت در تسريع بازتواني كودك موثر باشد. كليد واژه‌ها: نيازهاي محيطي، تجربه، كودكان بيمار و معلول 12-6 سال، كيفيت، فضاهاي درماني، پديدارشناسي

Abstract Introduction: Exposure to undesired and unfamiliar treatment spaces may lead to increased stress and intensified illness in sick and disabled children. Since investigating the experiences and environmental needs of this group of children can improve the quality of these spaces and consequently create more comfort on the behalf of children during treatment sessions, the findings of this study are worth considering. Materials and Methods: It was a qualitative phenomenological study based on Criterion-based purposive sampling. The study population was comprised of 35 children with the age range of 6 to 12 years suffering from head injury, spina bifida, spinal cord injury and other kinds of lower limb deformations. The children were asked to depict their desired treatment environment and needs based on their experiences. In addition, the researcher helped the subjects to complete their paintings and express their needs using deep open semi-structured conversation. Narrative analysis and subjective coding by Atlas Ti6 were used to analyze the paintings and obtained texts. Results: The codes extracted from the paintings were subsequently categorized into 5 basic themes including entertainments and amusement functions, furniture, decorations, social – emotional communications and sense of security. Conclusion: Study results showed that paying attention to children’s experiences have an important role in enhancing quality of treatment environments. Expressed needs and desires of children regarding natural settings, room decorations, lively colors and natural proper light can be incorporated into designing favorite treatment environments so that they feel relaxed while they are in such settings. These modifications would have the eventual effect of accelerating children’s rehabilitation process.
