تاثير فن‌آوري اطلاعات در ارتقاي نظام سلامت از ديدگاه كاركنان بيمارستان شهيد بهشتي كاشان

The Effects of Information Technology on the Improvement of Health Systems in the Viewpoint of the Staff of Beheshti Hospital, Kashan

مقدمه: شناخت تاثيرات بالقوه ي فن آوري اطلاعات در صنعت خدمات سلامت از قبيل اثر بر فرايند درمان، سرعت و سهولت بازيابي اطلاعات و در دسترس قرار دادن اين اطلاعات براي اتخاذ تصميمات باليني مبتني بر موقعيت و فعاليت هاي مديريتي، آموزشي و پژوهشي، مي تواند مبناي برنامه ريزي هاي استراتژيك به منظور ارتقاي دستاوردهاي نظام سلامت مبتني بر ف نآوري و در نهايت، ارتقاي سطح سلامت جامعه گردد. بنابراين پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش نگرش كاركنان بيمارستان شهيد بهشتي كاشان، كه مهم ترين كاربران سيستم ف نآوري اطلاعات در حيط هي بهداشت و درمان هستند، انجام گرديد تا ميزان آمادگي آنان براي پذيرش اين گونه سيستم ها سنجيده شود. روش بررسي: اين مطالعه ي توصيفي- مقطعي در نيمه ي اول سال 1388 انجام گرديد و در آن ديدگاه 301 نفر (به روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي) از كاركنان بيمارستان شهيد بهشتي كاشان نسبت به تاثير فن آوري اطلاعات در نظام بهداشت و درمان، با استفاده از پرسش نامه اي محقق ساخته، شامل سوالاتي درباره ي تاثير فن آوري اطلاعات بر فرايندهاي درماني، آموزشي، پژوهشي و اداري مورد استفاده شد و ضريب همبستگي 97 درصد به دست آمد. Split half بررسي قرار گرفت. براي سنجش پايايي پرس شنامه، از روش روايي پرس شنامه نيز با بهره گيري از نظرات چند تن از استادان مدارك پزشكي سنجيده شد. سپس داد هها با استفاده از شاخ صهاي آمار تحليل شد. SPSS توصيفي و تحليلي با كمك نرم افزار 15 65 درصد را مردان در كلي هي گروه هاي باليني و اداري تشكيل / 34 درصد آنان را زنان و 1 / يافته ها: نگرش كلي جامعه ي پژوهش كه 9 367 نسبت به تاثير فن آوري اطلاعات بر ارتقاي سطح سلامت مثبت بود. همچنين جامعه ي پژوهش، تاثير / مي دادند، با ميانگين امتياز 5 ،464/ فن آوري اطلاعات را بر افزايش بهره وري، كاهش هزينه ها و تسريع در روند تشخيص و درمان به ترتيب با ميانگين امتيازات 1 434 مطلوب ارزيابي نمود. / 311/3 و 2 نتيجه گيري: مثبت بودن نگرش جامعه ي پژوهش مبين اين است كه بستر و زمينه ي مناسب براي اجرا و توسع هي فن آوري اطلاعات در و رسيدن به پرونده ي الكترونيك سلامت بيمار برداشت كه HIS بيمارستان مورد مطالعه، مهيا م يباشد و بايد گام هايي را جهت اجراي در اين راستا، بايد موانع و مشكلات كاربرد اين ف نآوري ها شناسايي گردد و اقداماتي در جهت بودجه بندي صحيح و توسعه ي استانداردها و پروتكل ها براي تسهيل و توسعه ي شبكه ي اطلاعات سلامت صورت گيرد. واژه هاي كليدي: فن آوري اطلاعات سلامت؛ نگرش؛ كاركنان؛ سيستم اطلاعات بيمارستان؛ پرونده ي الكترونيك سلامت

Introduction: Information technology might have some potential effects, such as influencing treatment process, rate and easiness of information retrieval, and information availability for making clinical decisions based on conditions and management, educational and research activities on health service systems. Recognizing these effects can be concerned as a foundation to strategic planning in order to improve the approaches of health system and finally to improve general health among the society. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in the first half of 2009. It survived the viewpoints of 301 individuals selected by classified sampling method from the staff members of Beheshti Hospital in Kashan toward the influence of information technology on health system. A researcher-developed questionnaire including items about the effects of information technology on treatment, training, research and administrative process. Then the data was analyzed by using descriptive and analytical statistical indices in SPSS15. Results: The study population included 34.9% females and 65.1% males in all clinical and administrative groups. Based on the average score of 365.5, the subjects viewed information technology to have positive effects on the improvement of health level. In addition, the participants evaluated the influence of information technology on increasing the efficiency, decreasing costs and increasing the rate of detection and treatment procedures with average desired scores of 464.1, 311.3 and 434.2, respectively. Conclusion: The positive opinions of our population obviously show the appropriate base and background to execute and develop information technology in that hospital. Thus, some initial steps must be taken to develop the health information system and to achieve electronic files of patients. To do this, problems and barriers of the application of these technologies must be recognized and some actions should be taken for a correct budgeting and to develop a standard protocol in order to facilitate health information service network.
