عصمت انبيا از ديدگاه فخر رازي

The Infallibility of Prophets from the Viewpoint of Fakhr Al-Din Al-Razi

عصمت انبيا از ديرباز براي متكلمان مسلمان مساله‌اي مهم بوده است. يكي از اين متكلمان فخر رازي (متوفي606 هـ ق) است. او از عالمان برجسته‌ي اهل سنت و اشعري مذهب مي‌باشد كه پيامبران الهي را معصوم مي‌داند. ولي معتقد است عصمت براي ايشان در دوران پس از بعثت ضروري است و نه قبل از آن. وي بر اين باور است كه شخص زماني به مقام عصمت دست مي‌يابد كه در جسم يا روح خود ويژگي‌اي داشته باشد كه به واسطه‌ي آن از انجام گناه خودداري كند. افزون بر اين، او بايد به زشتي گناه و يا زيبايي اطاعت از خدا علم داشته، و از وحي و اراده حق تعالي تبعيت كند و اگر فعلي از روي فراموشي يا ترك اولي مرتكب شد بايد سرزنش شده و از زشتي عملي كه انجام داده مطلع شود. فخر رازي حيطه‌ي اعتقادات، تبليغ و رسالت، احكام و فتاوي و افعال و سيرت را از جمله مواضع اختلافي ميان متكلمان در باب عصمت انبيا معرفي مي‌كند.

The infallibility of Prophets has been considered as a significant matter for Muslim theologians from the ancient periods. Fakhr Razi (died in 606 A.P.) is regarded as the most prominent Sunni theologians who followed Ashari school. He ascribes prophets as infallible persons. Hence, he believes that the infallibility is necessary rather for passing the prophet hood, but not before the incidence. He believes that an individual has the capacity to reach eminence of infallibility merely at the time he bears certain traits within the body or spirit in order to prevent him from committing sins in this respect. He should obviously be aware of the obscenity of sin and grace of obedience to hear the divine inspiration of God Almighty’s sublime Excellency. If this individual committees any miscue in the lapse, he must be blamed for it to be aware of the obscenity of committed sin. Fakhr Razi considered the realm of belief, prophet hood, sentence, Judgment, deed and inclination as the subject of controversy among theologians in the issue of infallibility of prophets.
