Tehran University Entrepreneurship Graduates’ and Tehran Entrepreneurs’ Viewpoints to Provide an Appropriate Curriculum for Educational Management and Programming at BA Level

هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، بررسي عوامل موثر بر توسعه كارآفريني از ديدگاه دانش آموختگان و مديران كارآفرين به منظور فراهم آوردن الگوي مناسب برنامه درسي دوره كارشناسي علوم تربيتي (گرايش مديريت وبرنامه ريزي آموزشي) است. با توجه به متغير هاي مستقل اين تحقيق كه عوامل موثر بر توسعه كارآفريني از ديدگاه دانش آموختگان و مديران كارآفرين است و بر اساس مطالعات وسيع انجام شده شامل: منبع كنترل فردي، خلاقيت، ريسك پذيري، انگيزه پيشرفت، توجه به منابع انساني و امكانات آموزشي، فرآيند آموزشي، اهداف و مفاهيم آموزشي است و متغير وابسته اين پژوهش توسعه كار آفريني براي برنامه درسي رشته علوم تربيتي (مديريت وبرنامه ريزي آموزشي) مي باشد.كه اين تحقيق از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي و روش آن زمينه اي است. جامعه ي آماري اين تحقيق كليه ي دانش آموختگان دانشكده كار آفرين دانشگاه تهران و مديران كار آفرين شهر تهران است. روش نمونه گيري، روش تصادفي ساده و حجم نمونه براي هر گروه 63 نفر در نظر گرفته شده است. ابزار جمع آوري داده ها پرسشنامه ي محقق ساخته است و به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از روش هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده شد. براي آزمون سوال هاي تحقيق از آزمون غير پارامتري خي دو بهره گرفته شد. لازم به ذكر است؛ جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد از ديدگاه دانش آموختگان و مديران كارآفرين توجه به اهداف و مفاهيم آموزشي، توجه به فرايند آموزشي، توجه به منابع انساني و امكانات آموزشي، ارزشيابي آموزشي، ريسك پذيري افراد، انگيزه پيشرفت (نياز به موفقيت)، خلاقيت افراد و منبع كنترل فردي در برنامه درسي كارآفريني رشته علوم تربيتي تاثير دارد

This study intended to investigate the factors affecting the development of entrepreneurship from the entrepreneurship managers’ and graduates’ viewpoint so as to design an appropriate syllabus in educational management and programming at BA level. On the basis of expansive literature review and with regard to entrepreneurship managers and graduates’ viewpoints, the independent variables in this research included one’s locus of control, creativity, risk-taking ability, motivation for progress, attention to human resources, educational concepts and objectives. The dependent variable in this study was the development of entrepreneurship to provide an appropriate syllabus in educational management and programming at BA level. This research was by nature an applied one and it was based on a field method. Based on the simple randomization which was used in the sampling design, 63 participants in each group were selected from among the population of all the graduates of the faculty of entrepreneurship in Tehran University as well as the entrepreneurs in Tehran. The data collection instrument utilized was a researcher-made questionnaire. For the further analysis of data, both descriptive and inferential statistics were used. A Chi-Square-Parametric test was used in order for the researchers to investigate the research questions. It should also be noted that SPSS software was used for the data analysis. The results obtained from the entrepreneurship graduates and managers’ viewpoints indicated that attention to educational concepts and objectives, educational process, human resources, educational facilities, educational assessment, risk-taking, motivation (need for success), creativity and locus of control had significant effects on designing a syllabus for entrepreneurship e course of educational sciences
