Iranʹʹs Geo-Economic Situation and Considerations onthe Gas Exports (the Peace Pipelines and LNG) and Energy Security

از ديدگاه نظريه‌پردازان روابط بين‌الملل و از جمله "كاركردگرايان" و "منطقه گرايان" ، ايجاد و توسعه‌ همكاريها و برقراري روابط اقتصادي، تجاري و حمل و نقل، از روشهاي مناسب براي ايجاد "همگرايي" در مناسبات بينالمللي و تعميق دوستي و ايجاد "صلح و ثبات"، به‌ويژه در ميان كشورهاي يك منطقه است. با توجه به اين مطلب، نويسنده اين مقاله بر اين باور است كه شكل‌گيري ايده‌ احداث "خط لوله صلح"4 (ايران- پاكستان- هند) با موقعيت ژيواكونوميك ايران، همخواني داشته و تحقق اين ايده را بايد اقدامي استراتژيك و گامي مثبت در راه تامين منافع ملّي و امنيت ملي هر سه كشور ارزيابي كرد. در اين ارتباط، اين مقاله به بررسي روش‌ها و مسايل گوناگون مربوط به صادرات گاز ايران و از جمله: خط لوله‌ صلح و گاز فشرده مايع پرداخته و فرصت‌ها وچالش‌هاي پيش روي ايران را در اين زمينه مورد بررسي قرار داده است و ملاحظات مربوط به امنيت انرژي را در اين خصوص يادآور مي‌شود.

From the perspective of theorists of international relations including functionalists and regionalists, establishment of cooperation and economic, commercial and transportation relations is among the suitable methods for fostering integration in international relations and deepening friendship, peace and stability particularly among regional countries. Considering this fact, the authors believe that the rise of the idea of constructing a peace pipeline (Iran-Pakistan-India) conforms to Iranʹs geo-economic situation; hence the realization of this idea has to be viewed as a strategic move and positive step towards securing national interests and national security of the three nations involved. In this respect, this paper examines various issues related to Iranʹs gas exports including the peace pipelines and liquidated natural gas (LNG), and assesses chances and challenges ahead of Iran in this regard, reviewing considerations on energy security.
