«عين‌القلب»، «عين‌البصيره» و «عين‌اليقين» در آثار محيي الدين ابن عربي

Eye of the Heart, Eye of Insight, Eye of Certainty in Mohī al-Dīn Ibn Arabī’s Writings

محي‌الدين ابن عربي در راستاي تاكيد بر اين نكته كه سنّت عرفان اسلامي بر شناخت حضوري و شهودي مبتني است، ديدگاه عرفاني‌اش را بر نوعي از معرفت بي‌واسطه بنيان مي‌نهد كه از آن با عنوان «كشف» ياد مي‌كند. هرچند حقيقت اين معرفت وراي طور حس و عقل است، از ابزار آن به «ديده» (عين) تعبير مي‌شود. ابن عربي تركيبات «عين‌القلب»، «عين‌البصيره» و «عين‌اليقين» را در طيف معنايي گسترده‌اي به‌كار مي‌برد و براي هريك ويژگي‌هايي ذكر مي‌كند. گاهي اين تركيبات به معناي عام تعقّل و استدلال است وگاهي به معناي ويژه «كشف و شهود مستقيم». اوج كاربرد ويژه اين تركيبات را در التدبيرات‌الالهيّه مي‌بينيم؛ جايي كه براي قلب، «عين‌البصيره» و «عين‌اليقين» درنظر مي‌گيرد. اساس تفكيك اين دو ديده (بصيرت و يقين) آن است كه ديده بصيرت به نوري الهي نظر مي‌كند كه خدا به‌وسيله آن هدايت مي‌كند (نورٌ يَهدي بِه)؛ ولي ديده يقين ناظر به نور الهي ديگري است كه خدا به سوي آن هدايت مي‌نمايد (نورٌ يَهدي الَيهِ). بر اين اساس، قلب به‌منزله موجودي ربّاني براي رويت جلوه‌هاي رحماني، در تعامل قانونمند عرفاني با منبع نور، كشف و مشاهده حقايق را ممكن مي‌كند.

Mohi al-Din ibn Arabi in line with the emphasis of the Islamic gnosis tradition on the immediate and intuitive knowledge, bases his mystical viewpoint upon a kind of immediate knowledge to which he refers as ‘intuition’. In contrast to the reality of this cognition which is beyond sense and wisdom, it is known and referred to as the ‘eye’. Ibn Arab? utilizes the expressions ‘eye of the heart’, ‘eye of insight’ and ‘eye of certainty’ in a broad semantic range and nominates certain features for each. In some cases, these expressions represent the general concepts of intellect and reason and in some others the specific meaning of ‘immediate intuition’. Their most specific use is manifested in al-Tadbirat al-Elahiyah. In this text ‘eye of insight’ and ‘eye of certainty’ both stand for heart, while the former looks at the divine light- a divine means for guidance-, the latter looks to another divine light towards which God’s creations are guided. On this basis, heart as a divine being for the vision of compassionate manifestations, in a mystical systematic interaction with the source of light, realizes the intuition of the realities.
