An Analysis Role of Distance in the Spatial Changes of villages district Noor-Ali-Beiyg (Saveh Township)

گسترش شهرنشيني و فشار ناشي از نيازهاي مختلف جمعيت نه تنها ساختار فضايي شهرها را دچار دگرگوني نموده، بلكه نقاط روستايي پيرامون آنها را نيز دستخوش تغييرات چشمگير اقتصادي– اجتماعي و كالبدي نموده است. بر اين اساس ضرورت توجه به اصل مكمل بودن و تقسيم كار مناسب با اتكا بر شناخت قابليتها، نيازها و تنگناها كه لازمه ايجاد ارتباطي متعادل جهت تداوم حيات شهر و روستاهاي پيراموني است، جاي خود را به نگرش به روستاها به عنوان آلترناتيوي جهت رفع مشكلات شهري داده است. تحقيق حاضر به شيوه تحليلي- پيمايشي و با استفاده از جمع آوري داده ها به صورت ميداني و كتابخانه اي به بررسي و مقايسه ابعاد تغييرات فضايي روستاهاي دور و نزديك به شهر ساوه پرداخته و سعي در شناخت عملكرد اين شهر بر روستاهاي پيراموني با تاكيد بر اهميت نقش فاصله از شهر داشته است. جامعه آماري تحقيق را 28 روستاي دهستان نورعلي بيگ تشكيل مي دهد كه از آن ميان 4 روستا با فواصل متفاوت به شهر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده اند. يافته هاي تحقيق حاكي از اهميت نقش فاصله از شهر ساوه در ميزان تغييرات فضايي نقاط روستايي دهستان نورعلي بيگ همچون تحولات جمعيتي، اقتصادي و كالبدي مي باشد. بطوريكه نيازهاي فزاينده زندگي شهري، روستاهاي پيراموني را در قالب نظام مركز– پيراموني جديدي با اتكا بر كارگر و زمين ارزانقيمت، تابع تغييراتي جهت رفع اين نيازها نموده است. از اين رو نتايج حاصله بر ضرورت توجه مسيولين به اعمال نگرشي ناحيه اي در برنامه ريزي شهر و روستا و تعيين جايگاه هر روستا اعم از دور و نزديك در ايجاد ارتباطي متعادل و منطقي مبتني بر شناخت توانهاي طبيعي و انساني شهر و روستا را محرز مي سازد.

Abstract The urban expansion and its due pressures derived from various needs of urban population, has not only transformed the urban spatial structure but also caused considerable socio-economic and physical changes to the rural peripheries. As such, despite the necessity of paying attention to the principals; such as Complementarily and labor division required for a justified rural-urban interaction- based on their needs, potentials and limitation- the rural areas have been considered as an alternative for overcoming urban problems. The present research work -the analytical method- used survey data collected by the field visits and attempts to understand the role of distance on the spatial changes of Savehʹs peripheral villages. The statistical universe consists of 28 villages of Noor-Ali-Beiyg rural district in which 4 villages with different distances to the city were selected as samples. The findings indicate the significant effect of distance on the amount of spatial changes of Savehʹs population growth and physical expansion.. Accordingly, the cheap land and labor of these villages are considered as opportunities in respect to the cityʹs residential and other problems. This of course introduces a new core and peripheral relationship, as a result of which the peripheral villages are becoming subordinated to the cityʹs changes. The findings suggest that, for a logical and appropriate interaction relying on the knowledge of the human and physical potentials of the urban and rural settlementsʹ the authorities must employ a regional approach in their urban and rural planning. By investigating the spatial changes of peripheral villages of Saveh, attempts to understand the role of physical distance from the city by comparing the changes between closed and far villages the present research attempts to understand the role of distance from the city of Saveh on the spatial changes of its peripheral villages.
