Poetry in the South Coast of the Persian Gulf, the Emirates

قلمرو شعر و شاعري دركشور امارات بسيارگسترده و پهناور است. شعر، نه تنها در اين كشور، بلكه در ديگركشورهاي عرب زبان به دو گونه نَبَطي (عاميانه) و فصيح تقسيم مي گردد. هم اكنون در كشور امارات گروه هاي مختلف مردم به ادبيات، مخصوصاً به دو گونه شعر مذكور توجه بسيار دارند و روزنامه ها و مجله هايي بسيار به بررسي و نقد شعر شاعران اين كشور مي پردازد. به دليل توجه ويژه گروه فرهيخته و ادب دوست كشور امارات به شعر فصيح، در اين گفتار به بررسي خط سير اين گونه شعر، در اين كشور از آغاز تا كنون پرداخته مي شود و خواننده در اين رهگذر با سه نسلِ: شاعران پيشاهنگ، شاعران مُخَضرَم و شاعران جوان روبه رو مي گردد.

The realm of poets and poetry in the Emirates is quite vast. Not only in the Emirates but also in other Arabic countries poetry is divided into two groups: folk and eloquent poetry. At present not only intellectuals and the cultivated but also ordinary people in the Emirates turn to literature especially to poetry hence, numerous newspapers and magazines examine and criticize the two kinds of poetry. This article purports to investigate the traces of such genre of poetry from the very beginning till the present in this country. Also the reader is introduced to three generations of poets namely: the pioneers, mukhadram, and the young ones.
