ارزيابي نظام موجود كيفيت آموزش و عوامل موثر بر آن در مقاطع تحصيلي مختلف از ديدگاه دانشجويان

Evaluating the Current State of Education Quality and factors affecting it from studentsʹ point of views

كيفيت عاملي است كه عموماً به عنوان انطباق كالاها و خدمات با نيازهاي مشتريان تعريف مي گردد و در اين راستا ارزيابي كيفيت در سازمان‏ها به عنوان يكي از عوامل تاثير گذار بر رشد و توسعه هر سازماني قلمداد مي شود. از اين رو،‌ سنجش وضع موجود كيفيت آموزش نقش بسيار مهمي را بر رشد و توسعه فردي در راستاي اهداف سازماني ايفا مي‏كند. بدين جهت، تحقيق حاضر در نظر دارد وضعيت موجود نظام كيفيت آموزش را در دانشكده علوم و فنون اداري و پشتيباني دانشگاه علوم انتظامي مورد بررسي قرار داده و در صورت وجود شكاف معني دار با وضع مطلوب با تعيين فاصله وضع موجود تا وضع مطلوب هر يك از مولفه‏هاي مذكور، راهكارهاي عملي كاهش اين فاصله را ارايه نمايد. اين پژوهش مطالعه‏اي توصيفي - پيمايشي است. پس از شناسايي متغيرهاي تحقيق، مولفه‏هاي اصلي و مدل مفهومي، از پرسشنامه‏هاي استاندارد دانشگاه علوم انتظامي براي سنجش كيفيت آموزش استفاده گرديد. حجم نمونه مورد مطالعه عبارت است از 150 نفر از دانشجويان رشته‏هاي مختلف دانشكده علوم و فنون اداري و پشتيباني. در اين تحقيق از آزمون پيرسون براي بررسي ارتباط بين متغيرها و از آزمون فريدمن براي رتبه بندي متغيرهاي تاثيرگذار بر كيفيت آموزش استفاده گرديده است. نتايج تجزيه و تحليل داده‏ها بيانگر آن است كه وضعيت كيفيت آموزش از ديدگاه هر سه گروه در سطح نسبتاً مطلوبي قرار دارد. از طرف ديگر، بين كيفيت آموزش و عامل دانشجويان، فرايند يادگيري-ياددهي، گروه آموزشي و دانشكده و امكانات و تجهيزات آموزشي و پژوهشي ارتباط مستقيم و اولويت بندي وجود دارد.

Quality is generally defined as the consistency of product or services to the requirements of customers. So, quality evaluation is as an effective concept in growth and development of each organization. In this way, evaluation of the current state of quality has an important role in personnel growth and development toward organizational goals. Accordingly, the present research is going to evaluate the current state of education quality in the faculty of administrative and logistics sciences from Police University. The researchers also want to present practical alternatives, if there is a significant difference between the current state and suture state of each variable. This is a descriptive and survey research. We used a standard questionnaire in Police University for evaluation of education quality after defining the crucial factors and research conceptual model. The volume of sample was 150 students of different majors in administrative and logistics science and techniques faculty. In this research, we used Pearsonʹs test to find out any relationship between variables and used Freedman test for ranking the effective variables on education quality. The results showed that the condition of education quality from the point of each three group is relatively good. On the other hand, there is a positive relationship between education qualities, the process of learning and teaching, faculty and educational group, educational facilities and equipments and there is a ranking between these variables.
