Review the Besij (Mobilization) Culture on National Security of Country

در چرخه‌ي حيات و تكامل مفهوم تفكر بسيجي، ابعاد و عرصه‌هاي گوناگوني را مي‌توان مورد بررسي و مطالعه قرار داد كه نيازمند تجهيز اين نگاه به بينش و منويات امام خميني قدس سره الشريف، معمار و بنيانگذار جمهوري اسلامي و مقام معظم رهبري، حضرت آيت الله العظمي خامنه اي دام ظله العالي در حوزه امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران به عنوان يكي از مهمترين ابعاد كاركردي اين دستاورد است. لذا هدف اصلي اين مقاله، ارايه ي الگويي مطلوب براي تحليل تاثيرات تفكر بسيجي بر امنيت جمهوري اسلامي ايران مي باشد. اين الگو با تحليل ساختاري مفهوم فرهنگ و امنيت، ابتدا مولفه هاي فرهنگ بسيجي را به عنوان متغيّر مستقل از ديدگاه بنيانگذار جمهوري اسلامي ايران و مقام معظّم رهبري، تبيين و تدوين نموده و سپس با تشريح مولفه امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران به عنوان متغيّر وابسته، تحليل و تبيين تفصيلي رابطه ي بين فرهنگ بسيجي و امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران را تفسير نموده است . اين تحقيق، از نوع كيفي و مبتني بر چهارچوب نظريه‌ي حكمت متعاليه‌ي ملا صدرا صورت گرفته است، كه حضرت امام خميني قدس سره الشريف، و مقام معظّم رهبري در فلسفه پيرو آن مي‌باشند و لذا از آن جايي كه هر مكتب و نظام فلسفي، در فرآيند تحليلي خود، روش متناسب با خود را ارايه مي‌نمايد، اين نظريه با تلفيق روش هاي تفكر پژوهي ديني، امر انطباق بين مباني و منابع موجود را مورد استفاده خود قرار داده است. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از آثار بنيانگذار جمهوري اسلامي ايران و مقام معظّم رهبري از روش اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي بهره برده شد، آنگاه با استفاده از روش تحليل اسنادي و دين پژوهي خاص حكمت متعاليه و با بهره گيري از تكنيك «حجيت» با ذكر گواه و شاهد تاريخي انقلاب اسلامي و يا صدر اسلام به تبيين و تحليل اين تاثير گذاري پرداخته شده است. در اين الگو، پس از تدوين و تبيين اصول و قواعد محوري مورد نظر در طرح پژوهش (دكترين)، با افراز مولفه‌هاي ساختاري فرهنگ بسيجي در قالب جهاد اعتقادي و اخلاقي، جهاد علمي و فرهنگي ، جهاد سياسي و جهاد دفاعي - امنيتي و همچنين افراز مولفه هاي متناظر آن در مبحث امنيت ملي، شامل امنيت اعتقادي و اخلاقي، امنيت علمي و فرهنگي، امنيت سياسي و امنيت نظامي، اقدام به ارايه ي ابعاد تاثيرگذاري متغيرهاي فرهنگ بسيجي بر متغيير هاي امنيت ملي ج .ا.ا. شده است.

In the cycle and evolution of concept the Besij thinking, the various dimensions and areas could be studied and reviewed which requires the equipping of this view to the vision and desires of late Imam Khomeini (M.H.S.R.I.P), the great architect and founder of the I.R. of Iran and supreme leader grand Ayatollah Khamenei long life him, in the field of national security of the I.R. of Iran as the most important dimension of this achievement. So, the main goal of current paper is introducing a desirable model for analysis and impacts of Besij thinkings on the security of the I.R. of Iran. By structural analyzing of security and culture concepts, this model first explains and formulates the elements of Besij culture as an independent variable of the vision of founder of I.R. of Iran and supreme leader, then a detailed analysis and explanation about the relation between Besij culture and national security of the I.R. of Iran are carried out by explaining the components of national security of the I.R. of Iran as a dependent variable. This research is a qualitative type and is based on framework of elevated philosophy of Molla Sadra, in which late Imam Khomeini (M.H.S.R.I.P) and supreme leader follow such philosophy. Since any school and philosophical system in its analyticall process, introduces its concerned methodology this theory through combining religious research thinking methodologies, has used the adaptation between fundamentals and existant sources.For gathering data from late founder of the I.R. of Iran (M.H.S.R.I.P) and supreme leader, the documented and library methodologies have been used.Then such effectiveness has been analysed through documented analysis methodology and special religion research of elevated philosophy plus using the technique of »Hojjiat« as well as mentioning historical witnesses of Islamic revolution or age of Islam.In this model, the influenced dimensions of Besij culture variants on national security variants of the I.R. of Iran have been introduced after explaining the concerned central principles and regulations in research planning (Doctrine) with partition of structural components of Besij culture in the shape of ethics, ideological, political, defense and security Jihad in addition to its analogous components in national security issue including ethics and ideological security as well as scientific, cultural, political and military security.
