Review the Effective Law Enforcement Elements on Socialized Security of Country

تغيير در پاردايم‌هاي امنيت پس از پايان جنگ جهاني دوم و باز تعريف مجدد مفاهيم امنيتي و انتظامي در ابعاد مختلف به وي‍ژه در حوزه امنيت اجتماعي از يك سو و گستردگي آحاد جوامع بشري و همچنين بروز انقلاب اطلاعاتي و ارتباطي از سوي ديگر، انديشمندان و صاحب نظران حوزه امنيتي را با مفاهيم و محورهاي جديدي رو به رو ساخته است. در اين راستا موضوع هويت و تكثر هويت‌ها از فراواني بيشتري در بحث فرصت و تهديد در حاكميت ملي و به تبع آن در حوزه امنيت اجتماعي برخوردار گشته است. اين تحقيق با درك اهميت موضوع هويت به عنوان مركز ثقل امنيت اجتماعي در استان‌هاي غربي با هدف شناخت تاثير عوامل انتظامي در شكل دهي، حفظ و ارتقا امنيت اجتماعي ج.ا.ا، قصد دارد به اين سوال پاسخ دهد كه "عوامل انتظامي موثر در حفظ و ارتقا امنيت اجتماعي گروه هاي زباني و مذهبي اتباع مقيم غرب كشور چه تاثيري دارد"؟ اين تحقيق از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش تحقيق، موردي- زمينه اي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق به تعداد 37 نفر كارشناسان و خبرگان مرتبط با موضوع برآورد شده اند كه به دليل حجم پايين جامعه آماري با روش تمام شماري نمونه گيري به عمل آمده و از تكنيك پرسشنامه به منظور جمع‌آوري اطلاعات استفاده شده است

Changing the Security paradigms, after second world war and redefinition of law enforcement and security concepts in various dimensions in particular in social security field with widespread of individuals of human societies and emergence of communication and information revolution, the scholars and pundits in security field have faced with new concepts and subjects. Within this context, the issue of identity and multiplicity of identities have been discussed increasingly in discussion of chance and threat in national authority and subsequently, social security field. With understanding the issue of identity as the core of social security in western provinces, with aim at getting familiar with the impacts of law enforcement elements in shaping, maintaining and promoting social security of the I.R. of Iran, the aim of this research is answering this question that «What are the impacts of law enforcement elements in maintaining and promoting of social security of religious and lingual groups of nationals inhabitants in the west of country». This is an applied research with case-field methodology. Some 37 of experts and elites related to the subject have been used. Considering low volume of numbers in comparison with general numbering methodology of sampling, the data have been analysed.
