توسعه توانمندي حل ابداعانه مسايل و سرعت بخشي به تحقيق و توسعه اثربخش با بكارگيري TRIZ

Developing Inventive Problem Solving Capabilities and Accelerating Effective Research and Development Using TRIZ

در شرايط حاضر و با توجه به روند سريع تغييرات فناوري؛ مراكز تحقيق و توسعه تلاش مستمر خود را براي جستجو و كشف روش‌ها و ابزارهايي جديد به منظور هدايت فعاليت‌هاي تحقيقاتي پژوهشگران جهت توليد راهكارهاي ابداعانه براي مسايل فرارروي افزايش داده‌اند. TRIZ يكي از تكنيك‌هاي حل ابداعانه مسيله است كه توسط گنريش آلتشولر روسي با هدف بهبود و سرعت‌بخشي به فرايند حل نوآورانه مسايل و كمك به مخترعان پايه‌گذاري شده است. اين تكنيك داراي ابزارهاي بسيار توانمندي بمنظور تعريف و شناسايي صحيح مسيله و حل آن به شيوه‌هاي ابداعي و خلاقانه مي‌باشد. حل ابداعانه مسيله از طريق TRIZ، بصورت يك فرايند چهار مرحله‌اي گام به گام شامل «تعريف مسيله»، «انتخاب ابزار»، «توليد راه حل» و «ارزيابي راه حل‌ها» مي‌باشد كه در هر يك از اين مراحل از ابزارهاي مخصوصي استفاده مي‌شود. در اين مقاله ضمن معرفي اجمالي TRIZ و ابزارهاي آن، به بيان خلاصه‌اي از نحوه كاركرد و قابليت‌هاي آنها در توسعه توانمندي خلاقيت و نوآوري و حل مسيله در افراد و سازمانها پرداخته شده است. عامل اصلي تمايز TRIZ با ساير تكنيك‌ها و روش‌هاي سنتي خلاقيت، جامعيت و رويكرد متفاوت آن در نحوه مواجهه با مسيله و عدم پذيرش سعي و خطا در حل ابداعانه مسايل و مسير خلاقيت و نوآوري و ارايه فرايندي نظام‌مند بدين منظور مي‌باشد. درك صحيح TRIZ مزاياي قابل توجهي را براي افراد و سازمانها بخصوص در فرايندهاي تحقيق و توسعه و حل مسايل مربوطه در پي خواهد داشت كه به تعدادي از آنها در اين مقاله اشاره شده است.

At present Research and Development centers face rapid changes technologies. So, these centers are in perpetual search for new methods and tools to serve as a frame for conducting activities of researchers to access innovative solutions for new problems. Systematic innovation (TRIZ) is a creative problem solving technique that firstly has been introduced by Genrich Altshuller. TRIZ has been developed to aid inventors and researchers to accelerate innovations without numerous trials and errors. It is a scientific systematic methodology for defining, analyzing, and formulating solution models for difficult problems. The problem solving through TRIZ consist of four steps: problem definition, tools selection, making solutions, and assessing the solutions. In this paper, we introduce a summary of the TRIZ Tools and TRIZ Problem Solving Process and way of its using on developing capabilities of creativity and innovation and inventive problem solving power in Research organizations and Researchers. Helping to avoid numerous trials and errors without compromise between the two and more than two requirements and solving problems by a different approach using TRIZ is the first difference between TRIZ and other creativity techniques and tools. The accurate understanding of TRIZ and its tools has many advantages for people and organizations in R&D process and solving problems of it. This paper discusses a number of these advantages, too.
