بررسي اثرات شهرك هاي صنعتي بر توسعه روستاهاي همجوار: مطالعه موردي شهرك هاي صنعتي شباب و ايلام

Investigation the impacts of industrial towns on neighboring villages Case study: Shabab and Ilam industrial towns

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت و تحليل اثرات مثبت و منفي شهرك هاي صنعتي شباب و ايلام بر روستاهاي اطراف اين شهرك ها و مقايسه اين دو منطقه از لحاظ دستيابي به اهداف توسعه پايدار طراحي شده است. اين پژوهش به صورت پيمايشي انجام گرفته و جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را روستاييان ساكن در روستاهاي اطراف اين دو شهرك تشكيل داده اند(N=23004). حجم نمونه از طريق فرمول كوكران برآورد (n=364) و نمونه ها به روش نمونه گيري چند مرحله اي و به صورت تصادفي با انتساب متناسب انتخاب گرديدند. نتايج تحليل عاملي اثرات مثبت شهرك صنعتي شباب در منطقه نشان مي دهد كه اثرات اجتماعي، كشاورزي، كالبدي، اقتصادي و زيست محيطي در مجموع60/73 درصد از كل واريانس متغير وابسته را تبيين مي كند. اثرات مثبت شهرك صنعتي ايلام نيز در منطقه شامل آثار اجتماعي، كشاورزي، كالبدي، اقتصادي و زيست محيطي در مجموع 89/59 درصد از كل واريانس متغير وابسته را تبيين مي كند. به طور كلي مي توان بيان كرد كه شهرك صنعتي شباب تاثيرات مثبت بيشتري بر روستاهاي همجوار دارد.

This study was conducted to survey and its statistical population (N=23004) have formed the residents of rural villages around this towns. The sample size (n = 364) has estimated Through the Cochranʹs formula and samples and multi-stage random sampling method were selected with probability proportionate. Factor analysis results show the positive effects of the Shabab industrial town in the social, agricultural, economic and physical environment in a 73.60 percent of the total variance explained. The positive effects of the Ilam industrial town in region includes the social, agricultural, economic and physical environment and provides a total of 59.89 percent of the total variance explained.
