A prelude of the analysis of the remarks of the Khorasanian eloquent in terms of the Halliday’s systemic Functional Grammar

ظهور ملت – كشورها كه محور اصلي سياست جهاني در يك قرن اخير مي باشد، دغدغه هايي را بين مسلمانان جهان در رديابي نقش اسلام در عرصه ي سياست بين الملل به وجود آورده است. از طرفي گستره ي جغرافيايي جهان اسلام، اهميت آن در سياست بين الملل و تاثيرگذاري آن در چرخه ي قدرت سياسي و اقتصادي نظام بين الملل، توجه قدرت‌هاي اصلي و تاثيرگذار در نظام جهاني را به خود معطوف داشته است. در اين عرصه، به دليل تحولات به وجود آمده، جهان اسلام منتظر ديدن سرنوشت كشورهاي اسلامي يا به اصطلاح، تولد دولت مدرن اسلامي پس از جنگ جهاني اول مي باشد . اين مقاله ضمن توضيح چگونگي شكل گيري تفكر حاكميت غربي در عرصه ي ژيوپلتيك به وجود آمده، به دنبال ردپاي اسلام در نظام بين الملل فعلي است. همچنين بررسي امكان نقش آفريني مشترك كشورهاي اسلامي در سازمان هاي بين المللي در عرصه ژيوپلتيكي جهان مورد توجه مي باشد. از اين رو سوال اصلي تحقيق اين است كه، چشم انداز بازيگري جهان اسلام در عرصه ي ژيوپلتيكي خود ، چه تاثيري بر تحول نظام ملت – كشورها در عرصه ي بين المللي خواهد داشت؟ به نظر مي‌رسد، اقتدار سياسي ملت- كشورهاي اسلامي به واسطه ي روابط گسترده و متقابل مردم در سطح جهان، در حال كمرنگ شدن و افول نقش بازيگري آنها مي‌باشد.

Emerge of the state-nation which was the pivot of the policy in recent century, has caused huge concerns within the Muslim scholars to determine the role of Islam in international political stage. On the other hand, the extent of Islamic Geography, its importance in the political arena and its influence in the cycle of international economy and politics, had drawn the attention of powerful states and influential countries onto it. At this stage due to the existing modifications, the Islamic World is expecting to see the fate of Islamic nations or also called the birth of modern Islamic governments after the First World War. This paper not also examines the formation of western ideology on the present geopolitical arena and but as well is searching for trace of Islam in the existing international system. This study also tries to highlight the possibility of common role-playing of Islamic states in the geopolitical stage of the world. Hence, the main question of this paper is that what impacts would this have? if the Islamic world set a long term vision for itself in its geopolitical stage on the development of state-nation status of the world. Seemingly, the nation-state political authority of Islamic Countries is diminishing due to the extensive Inter-relationships of nations and the function of its role-playing is lessening as well.
