سنجش كيفيت زندگي در مناطق روستايي: مطالعه موردي دهستان آق بلاغ استان زنجان

Measurement of Life Quality in Rural Regions: A Case Study of Aghbolagh Sub-district in Zanjan Province

كيفيت زندگي از مسايل پيش روي جهان امروز و از مباحث اساسي در تكوين سياست گذاري اجتماعي به شمار مي رود. از اين رو، مطالعه حاضر بر آن است تا با بهره گيري از رويكردهاي نظري مختلف، به بررسي مفهوم كيفيت زندگي در مناطق روستايي و همچنين، اولويت بندي مناطق روستايي بر اساس سطح كيفيت زندگي در روستاهاي بخش آق بلاغ استان زنجان با استفاده از مدل وايكور و AHP در سال 1388 بپردازد. روش‌شناسي تحقيق از نوع پيمايشي با رويه اسنادي است كه با استفاده از مطالعات پيمايشي و نمونه گيري هجده روستا و 36 نفر اعضاي شوراي اسلامي در دهستان آق بلاغ استان زنجان در قالب جامعه نمونه انجام مي شود؛ و سرانجام، بر اساس شاخص هاي كيفيت زندگي، روستاي ممقان داراي بالاترين و روستاي ارقين داراي پايين ترين سطح كيفيت زندگي در منطقه شناخته مي شوند، كه نشان دهنده وجود تفاوت هاي فضايي به لحاظ كيفيت زندگي در ميان روستاييان منطقه مورد مطالعه است.

Life quality is one of the issues faced by the modern world and considered as one of the main subjects in evolving the social policy-making. Therefore, this study aims to review the concept of life quality in rural regions through different theoretical approaches and also prioritize the regions in terms of life quality level in Aghbolagh district of Zanjan province, by using Vikor model and AHP, in 2009. The study follows a survey methodology with a documented procedure, and it is conducted by using survey studies and sampling among 18 villages and 36 members of Rural Islamic Council of the Aghbolagh sub-district of the Zanjan province within a sample society; and finally, the study results show that according to the life quality indexes, the villages of Arghin and Mameghan have the highest and lowest life quality in the region, respectively, indicating the presence of spatial differences in terms of the life quality among rural people in the studied region.
