The Development of Urban Organizational Structure and the Diffusion of Citizenship Culture

شهروندي در نحوه ارتباط فرد با فرد و با جامعه معنا و مفهوم حقيقي خود را پيدا مي‌كند به اعتقاد تي،اچ،مارشال اولاً شهروندي وضعيتي است كه ناشي از عضويت كامل فرد در اجتماع است، ثانياً كساني كه داراي اين وضعيت هستند حقوق و تكاليف يكسان و برابري دارند. بايد دانست كه شهروندي با احساس مسووليت همراه است. فرهنگ شهروندي و عناصر كليدي آن همواره در طول تاريخ از طرف متفكران و صاحب نظران علاقه مند به مسايل اجتماعي كه تمدن و پيشرفت جوامع بشري را در استقرار فرهنگ شهروندي مي‌دانند، از ادوار باستان تا كنون مورد بحث و چالش قرارگرفته است. هدف از اين تحقيق بررسي فرهنگ‌ شهروندي شهروندان تهراني است. در اين مقاله فرهنگ شهروندي با ابعادي چون مشاركت جوي، مسووليت پذيري و رعايت قوانين، سنجيده شده است. روش تحقيق اسنادي و پيمايشي است و نمونه مورد مطالعه 150 نفر از شهروندان منطقه 6 شهر تهران هستند كه منطقه آماري به صورت نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب گرديد ومنطقه موردي ما منطقه 6 تهران است. پرسشنامه‌ها به صورت نمونه گيري سهميه‌اي بين شهروندان تقسيم شد و افراد از نظربرخي متغيرهاي جمعيت شناختي با يكديگرهمتا شدند. گردآوري داده‌ها بر اساس پرسشنامه هاي اطلاعات زمينه اي،آزمون هاي محقق ساخته انجام شده است و داده‌هاي پژوهش با بهره گيري از شاخص آمار توصيفي و شاخص هاي مركزي ،تحليل شدند.

Citizenship is concerned with the ways an individual relates to other individuals and to the society. T.H. Marshal believes that citizenship is firstly a situation that is derived from an individualʹs complete membership in the society, and secondly that those who have such a situation also have equal and identical rights and responsibilities. It should be remembered that citizenship brings with it a sense of responsibility, and that the feelings of citizenship in its deepest sense has two important dimensions: An important dimension of citizenship is to have work ethics, without which no progress can be obtained. Civic responsibility emerges where true civic society is established, but civic society would not emerge without the activities of a citizenry who lacks a strong sense of responsibility. Culture of citizenship has always been an important issue for those scholars who were concerned with social issues that affect human progress and civilization. This study aims to study the citizenship culture of Tehrani residents. Culture of citizenship was measured with indices such as social participation, social responsibility, and abiding by laws. Research method was survey and a questionnaire was distributed among 150 residents of region 6 who were selected using a quota sampling technique. Measures of central tendency and other descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. Research results showed that culture of citizenship among respondents was at a medium level (in all the three components) and that there was a statistically significant relationship between culture of citizenship and urban structural development.
