A Review of a File on Amirmoayed Savadkoohi

در آستانه جنگ جهاني اول، دامنه تجاوزات روسها در مازندران گسترش يافت و اراضي سوادكوه هم مورد تعرض آنها قرار گرفت. شيرگاه معروف به دروازه مازندران، در اواخر 1332ق./ 1914م. به دست ژنرال پاتايوف روسي تصرف شد، اما با تلاش اولياي دولت (امير مويد و حاميانش)، روسها خيلي زود آنجا را موقتاً تخليه كردند. حضور مجدد امير مويد و بستگانش در شيرگاه، برخلاف ميل بخشي از اهالي شيرگاه بود و در مقابل پيشنهاد امير مويد (نماينده مجلس شوراي ملي) به دولت مبني بر اجاره دادن خالصجات به سيف‌الله خان سرتيپ (مستاجر سابق آن بلوك)، بخشي از اهالي ناراضي شيرگاه، ادعا كردند كه قبل از ورود روسها، مورد تجاوز و تعدي افراد امير مويد قرار گرفته‌اند. در اين نوشتار، با رويكرد بررسي جايگاه تاريخي اين شكايات، نخست به نوع داوري برخي از نويسندگان راجع به اين اسناد پرداخته شد و پس از آن، با نگاهي به حضور روسها در مازندران در اواخر دوره قاجار، مسيله مقابله امير مويد با روسها در سوادكوه، سير رخدادهاي منجر به شكايت مردم شيرگاه و در نهايت، بيرون راندن روسها از سوادكوه، مورد بررسي قرار گرفت.

On the eve of the First World War, the invasion of Mazandaran by Russia expanded and the lands of Savadkooh were also attacked by Russians. Shirgah, known as “the Gate of Mazandaran”, was conquered in 1914 by the Russian general, Patayov. However, attempts of government officials, Amirmoayed and his advocates, led the Russians to temporarily leave. Some inhabitants of Shirgah were against the presence of Amirmoayed and his relatives, once again, in Shirgah. After Amirmoayed (a member of the parliament) suggested the government to rent its public domains to Seifollah Khan Sartip (the previous tenant of that district), some of the discontented residents of Shirgah claimed that supporters of Amirmoayed had encroached upon them before the entrance of Russians. In this paper, with the aim of evaluating the historical status of these complaints, firstly the judgments of some authors about these records are taken into account. After that, considering the presence of Russians in Mazandaran during the late Qajar era, the encounter of Amirmoayed and the Russians in Savadkooh, the events which brought about the complaints of inhabitants of Shirgah, and finally, ejecting Russians from Savadkooh is discussed.
