رابطه طول- وزن ماهي كفشك زبان گاوي (Cynoglossus arel) در سواحل شمالي خليج فارس

Length-weight relationship in large-scale tongue sole (Cynoglossus arel) in the northern coasts of the Persian Gulf

گونه كفشك زبان گاوي درشت پولك (Cynoglossus arel) متعلق به خانواده Cynoglossidae از ماهيان كفزي بوده و در سراسر خليج فارس و درياي عمان پراكنش دارد. 5 گونه از خانواده Cynoglossidae در آب هاي ساحلي خليج فارس در استان بوشهر شناسايي گرديدند. جهت انجام اين مطالعات، 240 نمونه كفشك زبان گاوي درشت پولك از دي 1387 تا آذر 1388 به وسيله تور ترال عمقي (Bottom trawl) صيد شده و در يخدان هاي محتوي پودر يخ به آزمايشگاه انتقال داده شدند. سپس طول كل و وزن كل ماهيان به طور دقيق اندازه گيري شدند. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها و رسم نمودار از نرم افزار SPSS، آزمون آناليز واريانس يك طرفهANOVA و ضريب رگرسيون استفاده گرديد. ميانگين طول كل 01/2 ± 98/28 سانتي متر و ميانگين وزن كل 92/15 ± 80/109 بر حسب گرم به دست آمد. براساس نتايج اين بررسي رابطه بين طول كل و وزن اين گونه به صورت757/1 TL 257/0 = W تعيين گرديد. اين معادله در ماهيان ماده و نر به ترتيب 760/1 TL 308/0= W و 589/1TL 494/0= W بدست آمد.

Large-scale tongue sole (Cynoglossus arel) belongs to the family of Cynoglossidae and is a benthic fish. It distributes around the Persian Gulf and Oman Sea. It has been identified 5 species of Cynoglossidae in coastal waters of Persian Gulf in the Bushehr Province. For this study, 240 samples of large-scale tongue soles were caught with a bottom trawl and transferred in the freezer containing ice powder to the laboratory from January 2008 to December 2009. Then, the total length (TL) and weight (W) of fish were measured accurately. SPSS, One-Way ANOVA and regression coefficient were used to analyze data and drawing the graphs. Mean total length (TL) 28.98±2.01 cm and mean weight (W) 109.80± 15.92 g were determined. Based on the results of this study, the relationship between total length and weight of this species was calculated as W= 0.257 TL1.757. This equation in female and male was obtained W= 0.308 TL1.760 and W= 0.494 TL1.589, respectively
