چكيده فارسي :
يكي از مباحث اساسي در زمينه ي توسعه، ميزان بهره گيري درست و منطقي
از توانايي ها و استعدادهاي نيروي انساني هر جامعه است. نقش اشتغال در
پويايي زندگي انسان انكار ناپذير است و مي توان آن را كانون ارتباطات انساني
و اجتماعي تلقي نمود. در جهت اين پويايي بي ترديد زنان، به عنوان نيمي از
جمعيت، تاثير مستقيمي در توسعه ي جامعه دارند زيرا هدف هر جامعه اي، به
حداكثر رساندن رفاه اجتماعي است و رفاه اجتماعي تابعي از درآمد سرانه،
توزيع عادلانه ي درآمد، بهبود سطح امكانات آموزشي، بهداشتي، رفاهي و ميزان
مشاركت اجتماعي، اقتصادي، فرهنگي، سياسي مردان و زنان و . . . مي باشد. در
اين مقاله به بررسي نقش اشتغال زنان در توسعه پرداخته شده است.
