بررسي موانع آموزشي شكوفايي خلاقيت دانش آموزان دوره ابتدايي از ديدگاه معلمان ابتدايي آموزش و پرورش منطقه هليلان در استان ايلام در سال تحصيلي 89-88

To Examine the Educational Obstacles for Creativity Unfoldment of Primary School Students from Primary School Teachers’ Point of View in Educational Zone of Helilan

خلاقيت، استعداد تفكر واگرا، امكان تفكر جديد و اصيل و انحراف از عقايد متعارف است. در نظام آموزشي، مخصوصاً در دوره ابتدايي كه اوج شكوفايي اين استعداد است، عوامل زيادي مانع شكوفايي اين استعداد و خاموشي آن مي شوند. پژوهش حاضر به بررسي موانع آموزشي شكوفايي خلاقيت دانش آموزان دوره ابتدايي، از ديدگاه معلمان آموزش و پرورش منطقه هليلان پرداخته است. روش تحقيق، توصيفي از نوع زمينه يابي است.روش جمع آوري اطلاعات كتابخانه اي و ميداني بوده كه با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، پس از تاييد روايي محتوايي و صوري آن به وسيله استادان راهنما، مشاور، متخصصان و معلمان و تعيين مقدار پايايي در يك نمونه 35 نفري با استفاده از روش آلفاي كرونباخ (91%) اندازه گيري شد. نمونه مورد پژوهش شامل 94 نفر از معلمان زن و مرد دوره ابتدايي منطقه هليلان بوده كه به دليل محدود بودن و در دسترس بودن جامعه آماري از روش سرشماري استفاده شد و 94 معلم به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده و ديدگاه آن ها نسبت به موضوع پژوهش مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. اطلاعات به دست آمده با انجام محاسبات آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (ضريب همبستگي اسپرمن) مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصل نشان داد كه: 1)بين تدريس معلم با شكوفايي خلاقيت دانش آموزان دوره ابتدايي رابطه وجود دارد. 2)بين محتواي كتب درسي با شكوفايي خلاقيت دانش آموزان دوره ابتدايي رابطه وجود دارد. 3)بين استفاده معلمان و دانش آموزان از مواد و وسايل آموزشي و شكوفايي خلاقيت دانش آموزان دوره ابتدايي رابطه وجود دارد. 4) بين ارزشيابي كردن از دانش آموزان دوره ابتدايي و شكوفايي خلاقيت آنها رابطه وجودندارد.

Creativity is the talent of diverging thought, the possibility of new and original thought and deviance of common beliefs. In educational system, especially in primary schools which is the unfoldment top of the talent, many factors are considered to be obstacles for talent. The present research has examined the obstacles for creativity unfoldment of primary school students from primary school teachers’ point of view in educational zone of Helilan. The research method is of survey type. The data collecting method was library method. In order to examine the validity of the researcher-made questionnaire, a group of experts and specialists in the related field confirmed it.The toolʹs reliability was tested through computing Cronbachʹs Alpha coefficient. Case study sample included 94 male and female teachers of primary schools in Helilan zone. The obtained data were analyzed utilizing descriptive and inferential statistics (Spearman correlation coefficient). The final results showed that: there is relationship between teacher’s teaching and creativity unfoldment of primary school students; there is relationship between the content text books and creativity unfoldment of primary school students; there is relationship between teachers and students’ use of material and educational facilities and creativity unfoldment of primary school students; there is no relationship between assessment of primary school students and their creativity unfoldment.
