Population Model of our Country with stress on Capabilities of social Security

كشور جمهوري اسلامي ايران به يمن افزايش سطح بهداشت جامعه و كاهش مرگ و مير عمومي با جهش عظيم جمعيتي در چند دهه اخير مواجه شده كه در مراحل اوليه به دليل عدم رعايت كنترل جمعيت و مهار آن و همچنين روند سريع مهاجرت‌هاي داخلي از روستاها به شهرها ، تامين نيازهاي اوليه آنها با مشكلات عديده اي روبرو گرديده است ولذا در مقاله حاضر سوال اصلي تحقيق اين چنين تعريف شده است ”مدل مناسب جمعيتي كشور در راستاي امنيت اجتماعي با تاكيد بر قابليت‌هاي فعال سازي ملي چگونه است؟“روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش همبستگي و همخواني است، جامعه آماري در بررسي حاضر از بين خبرگان، صاحب نظران امور جمعيتي كشور و متخصصين امنيت اجتماعي انتخاب شده و كوشش گرديده تا اطلاعات لازم پيرامون امور جمعيتي كشور از بعد امنيت اجتماعي به عنوان مهم‌ترين عامل امنيت ملي و مولفه‌هاي اصلي موجد آن تحت عنوان متغيرهاي مستقل(اثرگذار) از جمله رشد جمعيت، مهاجرت، نرخ بيكاري، شهرنشيني و ناهنجاري هاي اجتماعي، احصا ، محاسبه و تحليل گردد. و نتايج تحليل‌هاي حاصل عبارت است از اين كه افزايش رشد جمعيت و افزايش مهاجرت‌هاي بي‌رويه از روستاها به شهرها بر امنيت اجتماعي اثر منفي دارند كه در نهايت مدل جمعيتي كشور بر اين اساس تدوين و ارايه گرديده است

Thanks to increasing level of health of society and reduction of public death rate, the Islamic Republic of Iran has faced with great leap of population during recent decades, in which at first stages, because of lack of observing population control and speedy trend of internal migration from rural areas to cities, providing their primary needs faced with numerous difficulties. So, at current paper, the main question of research has been defined as: «How is the favorable model of population in line with social Security with stress on capabilities of National activation?» The methodology of this research is descriptive, coherent and compatible type. The statistical society has been selected among pundits and experts of population and experts of social security and it is attempted that necessary information concerning population affairs of our country in view of social security as the most significant factor of National security and main elements of generating it under independent variables (effective) including population growth, unemployment rate, urban living and anomie, computation, be analyzed and assessed. The conclusions of said analyses show that population growth and increasing unprincipled migrations from rural areas to cities have negative impact on social security and finally the population model of country has been formulated and presented.
