آموزه هايي از مديريت در قرآن با نگرشي بر جز هاي 10 الي 12

Management from the View Point of the Holy Quran with Reference to Chapters 13, 14, and 15

در پژوهش حاضر به بررسي مهم ترين نكته هاي مديريتي جز هاي 10، 11 و 12 قرآن كريم پرداخته شده است. روش تحقيق تحليلي- اسنادي مي باشد. از ديدگاه جهان بيني توحيدي خدا مدير و معمار جهان خلقت و تدبير كننده شب و روز است، او نقشه هستي را با مديريت بي بديل خود چنان موزون و متعادل طراحي كرده است كه با نظم و هماهنگي شگفت انگيزي در مدار تعيين شده خود به سوي هدف مشتركي به پيش رود. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه نكته هاي مديريتي استنباط شده از آيات قرآن براي همه عصرها و نسل ها و براي همه ازمنه و امكنه است. قرآن كريم در جز هاي مذكور به الگوهاي رهبري جوامع و سازمان ها توسط پيامبران (حضرت محمد، لوط، نوح، يونس، يوسف) اشاره دارد. در 3 جز مذكور اهميت، هدف، اصول و روش هاي مربوط به رهبري و مديريت، بيان شده است.

The holy Quran is a book descended by Allah for all the creatures including human beings and illustrates their needs in order to evolve and grow. This study is an attempt to elaborate the characteristics of managers with reference to the verses of the holy Quran and Nahjolbalaqeh. In addition, by referring to the interpretation of the holy Quran, a bridge has been built between our exhausted minds and the Allahʹs holy verses. Therefore, the heavenly orders were obtained from the three given Chapters. The obtained managersʹ characteristics are as follows: the counselorsʹ characteristics, the staffʹs skills and personal interest, creativity, risk taking, staffʹs background, probability in planning, the reminding of goals, moderation in expenses, avoidance of promising, and work quality. The final purpose of this study is to provide those interested in the discussion of Islamic management with a comprehensible version of this issue.
