The Role of Information Technology in Cultural Technology with a Focus on Developing the Islamic-Iranian Culture

بدون شك پيشرفت فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات تاثير زيادي در فرهنگ و جوامع بشري گذاشته است، به‌طوري‌كه عده‌اي، فناوري اطلاعات را مهم‌ترين عامل در پيشرفت‌هاي قرن اخير بيان كرده‌اند. امروزه، تكنولوژي اطلاعات، خميرمايه توسعه انساني در سازمان و جامعه است. تكنولوژي اطلاعات به‌عنوان مجموعه افكار توليدشده كه به‌وسيله مكانيسم‌هاي سخت‌افزاري در اختيار افراد و سازمان‌ها قرار مي‌گيرد نقش عمده‌اي را در توسعه منابع انساني ايفا مي‌كند. استفاده از رايانه و فناوري اطلاعات برخي تغييرات را در سازمان‌ها ايجاد كرده است. اين تغييرات در حوزه‌هايي مثل ساختار، اقتدار، قدرت، محتواي شغل، نظارت و شغل مديران ديده مي‌شود. آنچه به عصر ما ظاهري متفاوت با بقيه اعصار بخشيده تكنولوژي است؛ اگر درك صحيح و شناخت كامل از آن نداشته باشيم در عرصه‌هاي مختلف زندگي با مشكل مواجه مي‌شويم. تغييرات سريع و رشد فناوري‌هاي نوين باعث شده است تا نگراني عمده‌اي راجع به آمادگي انسان‌ها در تمامي جوامع و به‌خصوص نسل‌هاي آينده در برابر اين شرايط به‌وجود آيد. استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات و به‌كارگيري مناسب آن وابسته به نيروي انساني ماهر است. فناوري اطلاعات نقش زيادي در توسعه زمينه‌هايي از قبيل تجارت و آموزش الكترونيكي و... داشته است. تكنولوژي اطلاعات باعث كمك به توسعه فرهنگ‌ها به‌خصوص توسعه فرهنگ اسلامي- ايراني در سراسر جهان شده است و نيز در زمينه به‌دست آوردن اطلاعات در حداقل زمان و حل مشكلات به ما كمك زيادي مي‌كند و سراسر عرصه گيتي از اعماق دريا تا اوج فضا را ميدان جولانگاه انسان كرده است.

The development of information and communication technology has without doubt had a great influence on the culture of human civilizations. Some even state that information technology is the most important factor in recent developments in the previous decade. Nowadays, information technology is the basis for human development in an organization and the society as a whole. Information technology, as a collection of produced thoughts that is provided for people and organizations through hardware mechanisms, has a crucial role in the development of human resources. Information technology and the use of computers have brought about some changes in organizations. These changes are more evident in fields such as structure, authority, power, job content, supervision, and the managersʹ jobs. Technology has differentiated our era from previous periods. If we do not have a correct and comprehensive understanding of technology in different realms of life, we will inevitably encounter various problems. Rapid changes and the growth of modern technologies have caused some worries regarding peopleʹs readiness in all societies, especially future generations that face the current situation. The correct use of information and communication technology depends on the skillfulness of human resources. Information technology has a massive role in developing fields such as business and trade, electronic learning, etc. Information technology has helped cultural development, especially the Islamic-Iranian culture, throughout the world. It has also helped to obtain necessary information and solve existing problems in the minimum amount of time and has helped people to discover the world, from the depth of the oceans to outer space.
