مروري بر نانوكامپوزيت‌ها

A review of nano-composites

مقدمه: كامپوزيت رزين‌هاي دنداني همان‌گونه كه از نامشان پيدا است موادي كامپوزيت يا مركب از مواد آلي و غير آلي هستند. ساختار اصلي كامپوزيت‌هاي دنداني را پليمرها، فيلرهاي غير آلي و آلي، آغاز كننده و فعال كننده تشكيل مي‌دهند علاوه بر اين عواملي به عنوان سايلن نيز براي ايجاد اتصال پايدار شيميايي بين دو فاز آلي و غير آلي به سطوح فاز غير آلي يا فيلر افزوده مي‌گردند. هدف از اين پژوهش، مروري بر ساختار شيميايي كامپوزيت‌هاي دنداني با نگاه ويژه به ساختار كامپوزيت‌هاي جديد و نانوكامپوزيت‌ها مي‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: اين مطالعه مروري با جستجو در منابع كتابخانه‌اي و سايت اينترنتي PubMed، ISI Web of science در بين سال‌هاي 1985 تا 2010 و با استفاده از كليد واژه‌هاي كامپوزيت دنداني، نانوكامپوزيت و ساختار شيميايي جمع‌آوري و تدوين شد. يافته‌ها: در دهه اخير در ساختار شيميايي كامپوزيت‌هاي دنداني تحول زيادي ايجاد شده است. تحولات جديد مانند نانوكامپوزيت‌هاي آزاد كننده كلسيم- فسفات و فلورايد، و نيز كاربرد فرايند‌هاي نانوملكولي براي ساخت ميناي دنداني با استفاده از نانورادها، نانواسفرها و آملوژنين مي‌باشد. نتيجه‌‌گيري: با شناخت تحولات جديد كه در ساختار شيميايي كامپوزيت دنداني در بسياري از مواد جديد ايجاد شده است، مي‌توان رفتار باليني اين نوع كامپوزيت‌ها را بهتر و دقيق‌تر ارزيابي نمود. به نظر مي‌رسد تحولات جديد تاثيرات مهمي بر رفتار باليني كامپوزيت‌هاي جديد داشته باشند كه نيازمند تحقيقات آينده است. كليد واژه‌ها: كامپوزيت رزين، نانو كامپوزيت، شيمي.

Introduction: Dental composite resins, as the name implies, are composite materials composed of organic and inorganic elements. The main components of dental composites are polymers, organic and inorganic filers, an initiator and an activator. In addition, some elements, referred to as silanes, are added to the surface of non-organic phases or fillers of composite resins for a stable bond between the two organic and inorganic phases. The aim of this study was to review the chemical structure of dental composites with a special emphasis on nano-composites and new composites. Review Report: This review was carried out by running a search in various databases including Pubmed and ISI Web of Science from 1987 to 2010 using the key words dental composites, nano-composite and chemical structure. Results: In the recent decade, major changes have taken place in the chemical structure of dental composites; these changes include fluoride- and calcium phosphate-releasing nano-composites and use of nano-molecular processes to construct tooth enamel by using nano-rods, nano-spheres and amelogenin. Conclusion: With a proper knowledge of changes in the chemical structure of dental composites, clinical behavior of these materials can be evaluated more properly. It appears that new changes are going to have important effects on the clinical behavior of newly introduced composites; however, further research is required in this respect.
