تحليل واژه نامه ها و اصطلاحنامه هاي پيوسته در حوزه مديريت اسناد و آرشيو

A Brief Introduction of Online Dictionaries and Thesauri in the field of Archives and Records Management

هدف: واژه نامه ها و اصطلاحنامه ها در حوزه مطالعات آرشيوي و در ميان آرشيويستها نقش كمتري ايفا كرده است. بدين معناكه منبع رسمي كه آرشيويستها جهت تعيين معاني دقيق واژگان مورد نظر خود در متون آرشيوي از آن بهره بگيرند به زبان فارسي وجود نداشته و شمار واژه نامه ها و اصطللاح نامه هاي انگليسي زبان نيز انگشت شمار است. مقاله حاضر، در نظر دارد ضمن مرور كلي بر پژوهشهاي انجام شده در حوزه اصطلاحنامه ها و واژه نامه هاي تحت وب، به معرفي برخي از واژه نامه ها و اصطلاحنامه هاي پيوسته و تحت وب مرتبط با حوزه آرشيو بپردازد روش گردآوري و تحليل داده ها: مقاله حاضر از نوع مروري بوده است. شيوه گردآوري داده ها، كه شامل واژه ها و اصطلاحنامه هاي آرشيوي تحت وب هستند، از طريق بررسي متون و نيز جستجو در موتورهاي كاوش و راهنماهاي اينترنتي انجام شده است. يافته ها: بررسي ها نشان داد كه در داخل كشور، واژه نامه و اصطلاحنامه آرشيوي در قالبهاي چاپي و الكترونيكي وجود ندارد. واژه نامه ها و اصطلاحنامه هاي تحت وب كه در اين مقاله يافته شده اند، عمدتاً توسط دانشگاهها، انجمن هاي علمي آرشيوي و مراكز توليد نرم افزارهاي آرشيوي تهيه و ارايه شده اند. تعدادي از اين واژه نامه ها و اصطلاحنامه ها امكان جستجوي عبارتي و الفبايي را دارا هستند و برخي ديگر، داراي واژگان محدود و بدون قابليت جستجو هستند. ليكن در هر دو گروه، براي عبارات تخصصي، توضيحات و توصيفات جامع ارايه شده است. نتيجه گيري: متخصصان حوزه آرشيو در داخل كشور ميتوانند با بررسي واژه نامه ها و اصطلاحنامه هاي معرفي شده در اين مقاله، عملكرد و كارايي آنها را مورد ارزيابي قرار دهند، مناسب ترين اين منابع را برگزينند و بر مبناي آن، الگوي بومي شده واژه نامه ها و اصطلاحنامه هاي آرشيوي به زبان فارسي را تدوين نمايند. اين واژه نامه يا اصطلاحنامه آرشيوي به زبان فارسي را ميتوان با بهره گيري از فناوريهاي نوين وبي، به صورت پيوسته در اختيار آرشيويستهاي مراكز آرشيوي و پژوهشگران اين حوزه قرار داد.

Purpose: Dictionaries and thesauri have played a minor role in the field of archival studies in Iran since there are no official Persian sources that the archivist can refer to for determining the precise meaning of words used in archival texts. There are also a limited number of efficient English dictionaries and thesauri in this field. The present study aims to review the previous research on web-based thesauri and dictionaries and to introduce some web-based and online dictionaries and thesauri in the field of archival studies. Methodology/ Approach: This article is a review study. The data, including web-based dictionaries and thesauri in the field of archives, were collected through literature review, internet search engines and online directories. Findings: This study demonstrates that there is no printed or electronic dictionary or thesaurus in the field of archives in Iran. Most of the web-based dictionaries and thesauri reviewed in this study are published by universities, scientific associations and software development centers active in the field of archives. A number of these web-based dictionaries and thesauri have the option of phrase search and alphabetical search. Some others cover limited vocabularies and have no search option. But in both groups, comprehensive definitions and descriptions are presented for technical terms used in archiving. Conclusions: By reviewing the dictionaries and thesauri introduced in this paper, archive experts in Iran can evaluate the performance and efficiency of these resources, select the most appropriate of them and develop the domestic model of these archival dictionaries and thesauri in Persian. The online version of these Persian dictionaries and thesauri in the field of archiving can be published on the web to be available for researchers and archivists of archiving centers.
