بررسي رابطه مدت زمان اخذ گواهي‌نامه و ميزان آگاهي از قوانين راهنمايي و رانندگي

A study of the relationship between time-elapsed since gaining driving certification and awareness of traffic regulations

در تمام دنيا، رانندگان قبل از ورود به ترافيك بايد مجموعه قوانين و مقررات راهنمايي و رانندگي را آموزش ديده و گواهي‌نامه رانندگي، دريافت كنند. به‌طور طبيعي و با گذر زمان، ميزان آگاهي‌هاي رانندگان از قوانين و مقررات راهنمايي و رانندگي، كاهش مي‌‌يابد اما اين موضوع كمتر مورد بررسي علمي‌ قرار گرفته است. بر اين اساس هدف اساسي مقاله حاضر اين است كه رابطه مدت زمان اخذ گواهي‌نامه رانندگي را با ميزان آگاهي از قوانين و مقررات راهنمايي و رانندگي بررسي نمايد. پژوهش حاضر به‌روش پيمايشي و در شهر ياسوج انجام شده است. جامعه آماري آن كليه شهروندان 65-18 ساله هستند كه داراي گواهي‌نامه رانندگي و خودروي شخصي بوده و در سطح شهر رانندگي مي‌‌كنند. در مجموع 389نفر به‌عنوان نمونه تعيين و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي چندمرحله‌اي انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقيق، پرسش‌نامه‌اي محقق ساخته است. نتايج پژوهش، بيان‌گر آن هستند كه ميزان آگاهي از قوانين راهنمايي و رانندگي (كل) در سطح متوسط رو به پايين، آگاهي از قوانين مكتوب، در سطح متوسط رو به پايين و آگاهي از علايم و تابلوها، در سطح متوسط رو به بالا است. ازسوي ديگر سابقه اخذ گواهي‌نامه رانندگي بر ميزان آگاهي از قوانين راهنمايي و رانندگي (كل) تاثير معنادار و منفي دارد. به‌عبارت ديگر، با افزايش مدت زمان اخذ گواهي‌نامه، ميزان آگاهي از قوانين راهنمايي و رانندگي، كاهش يافته است.

Drivers from all over the world are obliged to learn the traffic regulations and achieve a valid driving certification to allow them to enter the traffic system. With the passage of time, a driver’s awareness of those traffic regulations decreases, although this is not an issue that has been commonly explored in academic literature. Therefore, the main goal of this research study is to examine the relationship between the time that has elapsed since a driver achieves their driving certification and their awareness of traffic regulations. The research method is by survey, and the statistical population consists of all individuals aged 18-65 in Yasouj that have a valid driving certification and a private car. Three hundred and eighty nine subjects were selected by the random multi-stage sampling method. The measurement tool is a questionnaire, by which content validity has been used for determination of the validity, and the reliability was measured with the Richard-Kuderson method. The descriptive research findings show that a driver’s awareness toward traffic regulations in total is moderate to low, towards the epistle regulations is also moderate to low, and toward signposts, is moderate to high. The inferential research findings also show that there is a negative significant relationship between the time-elapsed since gaining driving certification and awareness towards traffic regulations.
