ضرورت‌ ايجاد سيستم هاي حمل و نقل هوشمند در ايران (مورد مطالعه: موانع ايجادBRT در زنجان)

Creation of Intelligent Transportation Systems in Iran (Case Study of BRT Barriers in Zanjan City)

امروزه با توسعه روزافزون علم مهندسي ترافيك در دنيا روش‌ها و ابزارهاي بسياري براي مقوله مديريت ترافيك ايجاد شده است. سيستم‌هاي حمل‌ونقل هوشمند، يكي از اين ابزارهاست. سيستم‌هاي حمل‌ونقل هوشمند مفهومي نو در عرصه مهندسي ترافيك است كه نقش بسيار مهمي در امنيت و پويايي حمل‌ونقل به‌عهده دارد. اين سيستم‌ها باعث افزايش كارآيي شبكه حمل ‌و نقل و ترافيك شده است، يكي از اجزاي سيستم هاي حمل و نقل هوشمند، سيستم‌هاي حمل و نقل سريع اتوبوسي در شهرهاست كه مخفف آنBRT مي باشد. اما در شهر زنجان، در جهت پياده سازي اين سيستم ها براي بهبود وضعيت حمل و نقل، موانعي موجود است. هدف اين مطالعه بررسي و شناخت مفهوم BRTو موانع ايجاد آن به‌طور موردي براي شهر زنجان است. اين مطالعه به‌روش اسنادي انجام شده است كه محقق پس از جمع‌آوري اطلاعات پردازش (ثانويه) به تجزيه و تحليل مفهوم BRT و ضرورت‌ها و موانع شكل‌گيري آن پرداخته است. نتايج اين مطالعه نشان مي‌دهد كه درحال حاضر در زنجان امكان راه‌اندازي سيستم اتوبوس‌هاي تندرو وجود ندارد. بنابراين در اين شهر تغييرات اساسي در سيستم قبلي از قبيل افزايش تعداد، تعويض اتوبوس‌هاي فرسوده، بهتر مي‌تواند كيفيت و كارآيي خود را افزايش دهد.

Rising living standards, an increase the value of time, problems in the supply of transport infrastructure such as the expense of earth, the implementation of construction projects and an increase in the number of road casualties mean that the government have been obliged to examine the progress of technology; looking for new solutions to overcome transport problems. In Iran, similarly to other countries, traffic problems are an important and worrying issue, especially with regards to congestion and accidents. Since the various agencies became involved with transportation, a variety of projects have been carried out in relation to public transport, in order to solve some of these problems. However, the master plan, related to the implementation of intelligent transportation systems, has not been considered yet in Iran. With an increase in the capacity for traffic engineering around the world, and the development of many methods and tools for traffic management, there has been the advent of Intelligent Transportation Systems. Intelligent Transportation Systems in the field of traffic engineering is a new concept, with a very important role, which may become responsible for the dynamics and security of transportation. These systems increase the efficiency of the transportation network and the traffic; for example, one component of intelligent transportation systems is the Bus Rapid Transit System in cities. However, in Zanjan city, there are obstacles to improving transportation networks and implementing these systems. In this paper, the concept of the Bus Rapid Transit System and obstacles to its implementation will be analyzed for Zanjan city.
