چكيده فارسي :
شبه نظامي، نظير نيروي مقاومت بسيج، زماني مي‌تواند ماموريت‌هاي متنوع و متعدد خود را در قلمروهاي اجتماعي، فرهنگي، سياسي، امنيتي و جز آن، به صورت موثر و پر بازده‌اي به سامان برساند كه از تمامي روش‌هاي پيش رو بهره گيرد. عمليات رواني يكي از آن روش‌ها است. اين تحقيق در پي آن است تا ساز و كارها و فرايندهاي بهره‌گيري نيروي مقاومت از پديده پر بازده عمليات رواني را تدقيق نمايد.
در اين پژوهش براي دست‌يابي به هدف اصلي و اهداف فرعي تحقيق از روش «زمينه‌يابي مقطعي (روش پيمايشي) استفاده شد. براي اين منظور نظرات نمونه‌اي به حجم 72 نفر از مديران و كارشناسان آشنا به قلمروهاي ماموريتي بسيج با بهره‌گيري از يك مقياس محقق ساخته و برخوردار از پايايي بالا (آلفاي 87/0) مورد اندازه‌گيري قرار گرفت.
نتايج حاصل آشكار ساخت كه اولاً: اغلب پاسخ‌دهندگان بهره‌گيري نيروي مقاومت از عمليات رواني را ضروري مي‌دانند. ثانياً: به باور آنان نيروي مقاومت با بهره‌گيري از عمليات رواني مي‌تواند ماموريت‌هاي خود را به صورت اثربخش‌تري به سامان برساند. ثالثاً: از بين راهبردهاي عمليات رواني مورد استفاده بسيج، برخي راهبردها اثربخش‌ترند و رابعاً: برخي تكنيك‌هاي عمليات رواني موثر تراز ساير تكنيك‌ها هستند. و نتيجه اينكه: نيروي مقاومت بسيج براي افزايش كارآيي خويش بايد از بين راهبردها، روش‌ها و فنون عمليات رواني برخي را بيش از بقيه مورد استفاده قرار دهد
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: A paramilitary organization such as the Basij Resistance Force can efficiently accomplish its various missions in social , cultural , political , security and other arenas only if it employs all the available techniques. Psychological operations is one of these techniques . The present study aims at exploring the mechanisms and processes that the Basij Resistance Force needs to consider in order to benefit from psychological operations .
Method: To fulfill the major and minor objectives of the research project , the cross- sectional survey method was employed . For this purpose, the opinions of a group of 72 managers and experts familiar with the missions of the Basij Resistance Force were collected and evaluated using a scale which was constructed by the researcher and had a high reliability index (alpha:./87) .
Finding s: The obtained results revealed that, first, the majority of the respondents believe that it is necessary for the Basij Resistance Force to utilize psychological operations; second ,they believe the Basij Resistance Force to utilize psychological operations ; second, they believe the Basij Resistance Force can accomplish its missions more efficiently by making use of psychological operations; third, among the PSYOP strategies used by the Basij Resistance Force, some are more efficient; fourth, some PSYOP techniques are more effective than others .
Conclusion: To enhance its efficiency . the Basij Resistance Force should utilize some PSYOP strategies, methods, and techniques more widely than others.
