چكيده فارسي :
در هر دوره اي، عنصر زمان و مكان براي انسان ها اهميت داشته و در تنظيم روابط و فعاليت هاي فردي، اجتماعي و شناخت محيط اطراف و همچنين دستيابي به منابع آب، زمين و در نهايت زندگي بهتر و راحت‌‌تر نقش مهمي ايفا كرده است. براين اساس تعيين مبدايي براي تعيين زمان و سنجش مسافت، از آغاز تاريخ مورد توجه انسان ها بوده است.در سطح كره زمين، در زمان هاي مختلف جوامع، مناطق، شهرها و كشورهايي بنا به شرايط و موقعيت علمي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي، تجارت، قدرت نظامي و ... به عنوان نصف-النهار مبدا انتخاب مي شدند.از جمله،،انتخاب شهر زابل در سال1767پيش از ميلاد از سوي زرتشت به عنوان نصف النهار مبدا ،انتخاب شهر اسكندريه واقع در مصردر زمان يونانيان، و بعدها به بغداد انتقال يافت.با تضعيف قدرت مسلمانان و قدرت گرفتن كشورهاي استعمارگر اروپايي و در نهايت در سايه دسيسه هاي استعماري انگلستان، نصف النهارگرينويچ بعنوان نصف النهار مبدا تعيين گرديد.انتخاب شهر گرينويچ به علت فقدان ويژگي هاي منحصر به فرد ژيوپليتيكي و طبيعي انتخاب شايسته و مناسبي نمي باشد. در مقابل كعبه به علت داشتن ارزش هاي فرهنگي، سرزميني و ژيوپليتيكي از نظر مبدا زماني و مكاني در سطح كره زمين از اهميت و اولويت بسزايي برخوردار است. شهر مكه و به ويژه بيت الله الحرام، بعنوان حرم امن الهي و محل نزول قرآن ارزش و امتياز گرانقدري را به جهان اسلام اعطا نموده است. كعبه از نظر علمي، عقلي و روايي داراي برتري هاي بسيار زيادي نسبت به گرينويچ و هر نقطه ديگري در جهان است.در بين نقاط موجود در كره زمين هيچ مكاني را نتوان يافت كه واجد ويژگي ها و شرايط خاص شهر مكه و موقعيت مكاني كعبه (بيت الله الحرام) باشد. شهر مكه داراي ويژگي هاي منحصر به فردي است و براساس تحقيقات انجام شده و بيان صريح قرآن كريم و دلايل علمي، عقلي و نقلي، كعبه سرزمين آرامش و مركز ثقل جهان است و اقدام استعمار پير در ترغيب جهانيان به پذيرفتن گرينويچ به عنوان مبدا سنجش زمان و مكان در كره خاكي در قرن نوزدهم، امروز غيرقابل پذيرش است. به منظور پيروي و ايجاد رويه ي زماني مشترك در ميان كشورهاي اسلامي، مبنا قرار دادن نصف النهار مكه امري ضروري مي باشد. به علاوه اين اقدام مهم موجب همگرايي و وحدت بيشتر مسلمانان در جهان اسلام نيز خواهد شد.

In every periods, for human to be important time and place element and it is also play an important role in regulating relations and personal, social activities and recognition of around environment and also for attaining to water, earth and ultimately for better and comfort live. In this origion, determination of proximal for setting time and measuring distant attracted the human attention to it. In the earth surface, in the different times, societies, regions, cities and countries according to scientific position and terms cultural, economical, commercial, military power……selected as meridian origion. Among them, selection of Zabol city in 1769 B.C the meridian was selected the Alexandria located in Egypt in the Greece by Zoroaster and then transforming to Baghdad. Ultimately with weakening muslin power and with empowering European colonial almost in the shadow of England colonial conspiracy selected the Greenwich meridian as meridian origion. The selection of Greenwich city for absence of geopolitical and natural unique element was not suitable selection .in contrast with Kaaba for having cultural, territory and geopolitics origion to prosper important and priority from the view of Mecca city especially the temple of Mecca, it is granted the important privilege as holy shrine and Quran to the Islamic world. The Mecca from the scientifically, intellectual view included the more privilege in comparison with Greenwich and other place in world. In existing points will not be found any place which to possess especially and individuality of Mecca and special position of Kaaba (temple of Mecca )the Mecca city included unique elements and scientifically ,intellectually and traditional ,Kabbe is the calm territory and center of gravity in the world and performing of aged colonial for encouraging of the world for accepting of Greenwich as origion from measuring time and place in the terrestrial globe in the nineteen century is not acceptable today. In order to following and establishing common approach time between Islamic countries ,the origion of Mecca meridian to be necessary .furthermore this important action will causing the more convergence and solitariness of Muslim in the Islamic world.
